All services require an assessment to determine the best treatment setting for ABA therapy. Treatment settings can include clinic, home, school, community, and telehealth. Location may be subject to insurance limitations.

We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid, Cigna, Viva, and the Alabama Department of Mental Health as payors.

All clients interested in joining the waitlist will need to create a patient portal account and complete and provide the required waitlist documentation including but not limited to:

• Patient Portal Consent Form
• Autism Diagnosis Report from within the last 5 years
• Referral or Prescription for ABA Therapy from within the last year
• Wellness Report from within the last year
• Insurance Verification Consent Form
• Verification of Non-Solicitation for Service Initiation
• Insurance Cards
• Drivers License of insurance subscriber

• Clients on the waitlist will have the opportunity to participate in Small Group Caregiver Training, a 20-week training geared towards assisting parents in implementing ABA strategies into their everyday lives. We accept insurance or private pay for this service.
• During the summer, you will be offered priority spaces in our movement program for weekly, one-on-one swim lessons. Clients will work on anything from initial water safety to more advanced swim team readiness skills. We accept private pay for this service.
• You will also be added to our monthly newsletter where we send out helpful resources for you and your family - from articles to special events to family grant opportunities and so much more!
