We are classified as out-of-network providers. We can provide Superbills for you to submit to your insurer, allowing for potential reimbursement and/or application toward your deductible, if needed. These Superbills include treatment codes, diagnostic codes, and other necessary information for your insurer.

The amount you'll be reimbursed depends on your specific plan with your insurance provider. Before they compensate you, most insurance providers may require you to meet a deductible. To find out about your out-of-network benefits, it's suggested that you contact your insurance provider. You can do this by calling the number on the back of your health insurance card.

We do not accept Medicaid.

We are an approved vendor for Virginia K-12 Learning Acceleration Grants. We offer top-notch occupational therapy and speech therapy services to our incredible students!

We offer occupational therapy services to patients residing in Virginia and New York, and speech therapy services to those in Virginia and Rhode Island.

We provide therapy for children irrespective of whether they have a formal diagnosis. What matters most is the day-to-day performance and individual needs of your child, rather than a specific diagnosis.

Evaluations last for 1 hour. The therapy sessions are typically 1 hour, encompassing direct therapy, parent education, and transition time. Recognizing that children may have varying attention spans, the therapist will recommend the ideal session duration—30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes—during the first visit.
