We could not have been more pleased with the therapy and support we received from Janine before and after the procedure Shes extremely knowledgable and gave us information to improve his feedings that we wouldnt have found on our own. Janine was super helpful with my 3 month old baby Baby was having difficulty bottle feeding due to tongue and lip tie and Janine was there every step of the way through the process of his release. He doubled his feeding volume in just a few short weeks She helps with after care and is available via text whenever issues arise during your day.

Janine was referred to us by our pediatric dentist as my baby had oral ties and needed to work with a feeding therapist to determine if the procedure would need to be done or not. Working with Janine was a pleasure Shes not only very knowledgeable about oral ties but also was able to answer all of our questions and would give us exercises to help my 10 month old with tongue movement to be able to teach her to chew. She was very throughout and detailed oriented about my babys medical history and milestones as well We were able to get my babys ties revised and worked a couple of times with Janine after that to ensure my baby was set for success One las thing Janine helped me as a new mom was by providing guidance on safe foods my baby could eat to help her practice chewing like toast with butter pizza crust or club crackers. Now my baby not only loves toast but also can chew her food very well Thanks Janine for all the support provided your expertise made a huge difference in Js life

From our first visit Janine was incredibly responsive made us feel comfortable by answering all of our questions and was communicative with the other providers with whom we worked to address our daughters lip and tongue ties. We are so grateful to Janine. My baby had oral restrictions but it turned out that having them released did not solve all of our problems. Thats when Janine stepped in and provided us with exercises to try at home.My baby also refused the bottle since birth and Janine helped us find one that ended up working for him. My son has been in speech therapy at ESF for the last year and it has been a great experience. Janine makes lessons fun for him by incorporating games stories and toys that he likes. He has learned so much in her care My son is autistic and Janine is great at engaging with him and adjusting based on his needs. For example she recently put a goal on hold because he finds working on it distressing. She explains what shes doing and why provides thorough progress reports and gives us ideas for practicing at home.
