Great experience from start to finish. Very prompt response for scheduling. Exceptional customer service over the phone and in clinic. The staff is very professional and made me feel very welcome and cared for. Staff ran my insurance and worked out all the details for my hearing aid - it was a very quick process and all I had to do was show up for my appointments. My hearing aid fitting was super easy. Dr. Chris Norwood answered all of my questions and even helped me connect my hearing aid to the app on my phone and walked me through all the settings for my hearing aid. I would highly recommend Dr. Chris Norwood and the team at Evergreen Speech and Hearing. Thank you

Everyone there was the best.Jeannie in the office was super helpful in getting my son a referral that was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating and was excellent about keeping us informed about how that was going.Dr Norwood the audiologist started my sons appointment right on time and took the time to clearly and thoroughly explain the slightly complicated ear condition and personally spent a lot of time after the appointment on the phone to get my son an expedited exam at another clinic.The only thing that I would change would to brighten up the area outside the acoustic exam chamber where the audiologists work and talk to patients. It is dreary and looks a little like a solitary-confinement cell at a prison. A little paint and artwork would go a long way.

From the first communication regarding setting an appointment to my first appointment here everyone was so kind. I never felt rushed or like I was just another number. I was given thorough instructions and they have worked hard to get me in as soon as possible. Jeannie- seriously the best.For my first vestibular test my audiologist was Chris Norwood he was so kind and patient. I showed up a little early for my appointment and he was able to see me a little early. I have always been very sensitive with my ears and my test involved a tiny sensor being placed next to my ear drum while holding perfectly still. He was very calm and reassuring as I wiggled and giggled and slightly panicked Im not going to lie the sensor tickled going in. He explained everything to me so I didnt panic about something being so close to my ear drum. I never felt rushed even when we had to replace the sensor for a better reading like I said it tickled and I am a wiggle worm. He was wonderfulEvery time I have called into the office either before or after my first appointment Jeannie knew who I was once I said my name. I have never experienced being remembered by name at a doctors office. It was the first time that I felt truly like a person not a chart number. Saying I would recommend them is an understatement. I wouldnt be seen by anyone else. I trust them with my care completely.

My ENT ordered a hearing test at Evergreen Speech and Hearing as he stated I can always read and trust their test results. Setting up an appointment was easy forms filled out ahead of time electronically. I arrived about 15 minutes early but was taken in 10 minutes ahead of schedule. The Audiologist explained everything very well and conducted the tests that my ENT asked for. At the end I received a report and they sent the report to my Doc. Everything went very well and I was completely satisfied with the experience. Id highly recommend Evergreen Speech Hearing Clinic.

They know what they are doing and very efficient. They also checked my insurance to let me know that based on my insurance I could get my hearing aids free but that I had to get them through another agency. Told me to call them back if I dont find anything that works for me.

Excellent Service and AccommodatingOn June 30 in about 10-12 hours I lost my hearing in the right ear and after seeing my regular doctor on June 31 ESHC was able to see me the same day.The test results proved that my hearing was gone but it helped me see a specialist the next day. After taking steroids for 10 straight days I went back to ESHC on September 11 and my hearing is back to normal. Thank you
