Elite DNA Behavioral Health - Brandon

Havent even had to chance to go in person yet I have waited over a whole month for my appointment today just for me to wake up and see they cancelled it due to the provider being sick which I totally understand. What I dont understand is the rescheduling for patients in these situations. When I called and explained the text I received they told me the soonest they could get me in wouldnt be until April so I would have to wait another month again. Not a good start for me and this establishment. Ive been waiting over a month for this appointment so Im really disappointed and let down.

I want to thank Jaydel Rayne and staff for taking such a caring approach to my mental health. Specifically I so appreciate Mrs. Raynes thorough thoughtful care and how she has made my move out of state so simple and seamless. Thank you all. You are 1st rate.

The staff has been helpful and friendly. The therapist Jalae Gatewood has been Fantastic and helpful while working with her out of the Brandon and Lakeland offices.. It is truly difficult to see her go. Thank you Jalae Gatewood and thank you for trying to find another therapist that would be a good fit for me. I thank Dr. Tanika Williams for her support during this time.Hope to have a therapist that is a good fit soon.WOW I cant believe I did not post this a week or so ago when I wrote this I just now discovered it as I was viewing the site. Oh well Ill update information now. Since then I am starting a new therapist this next week. Thank you Dr. Tanika Williams.

It really changed my life pretty drastically for the better I cant wait to put my chops to work finally. All I lacked was psychiatric competence to recognize my symptoms and piece things back together. That process began with the decision to go with something more scientifically sound..... And to me thats very important because Im a singer songwriter and amateur author. I apologize for implying that my previous care was lacking but it is the truth. The David Lawrence center is just not the right place for some people to be I have come to recognize. Especially against their will and the law. Im going through what looks like a very difficult divorce. And my wife still wont talk to me so this really helped me through a difficult time. My team has saved myself and me being a mom and a daughter. Stephanie Symonds and Sharon Clime have really dug deep to get to the root issues causing the mental disorders and continue to help me remember the life changing events that I couldnt remember for awhile wPTSD to be able to heal over time and not think Im crazy using tools Ive been gifted and having hope for my future

Since seeing Dr Williams this past year my life has had many positive changes. I have never had medication management before and now I get how important it is. I am grateful I was referred to DNA.

The office staff is always friendly and able to help answer any questions Tanika Williams is a great psychiatrist she is on the ball with keeping track of medications and shes a great listener. She wont let you suffer without trying to do something about it. Claudia Mora works hard in therapy to help you work through issues from major trauma to daily wellness. Wish I could give more stars

Im so glad that we found Elite DNA Behavioral Health for my daughter. They made it easy for her to become a patient as well as have in person and Telehealth visits with both her psychiatrist and therapist. The Staff has always been very helpful and resourceful. We will continue to use their services for sure.

I cancelled my future appointments and then they continued to bill me for treatment I never received. Im looking at the statements and the read individual psychotherapy 60 mins well how is that possible if I canceled all my appointments and wasnt there Dont worry I will be calling your billing department and asking for the notes from these sessions Im sure when they dont exist they will pull some crazy excuse. Good luck getting a call back though this has been going on this September of 2022 Ive left countless voice messages this is ridiculous
