This place will only ADD stress to your life They told me that I would have a 25 copay for each one of my visits. They then called and told me that I owed them 240 for my first 2 visits and that they misquoted what my insurance would cover. After that they then refused to bill my secondary insurance and they were impatient when I told them I would be submitting a claim to my secondary insurance to get it covered. Instead they demanded that they get my credit card information toensure they get paid. Yet another sad example of a money greedy business that lacks transparency with their clients.Update After I sent it through my insurance they owed me 50 for the two 25 copays that I actually didnt need to pay. Also note that they will keep your extra money unless you ask it to be sent back to you.Jokes on them.

Glenda in the insurance department helped me through every step of the way in sorting out insurance issues on my end. She was extremely patient and consistently helpful in the entire process. When I had to reach out to my insurance provider she gave me the names of who I needed to speak with and had already reached out to them as well. She went above and beyond when helping me

I took my daughter to Edelson and Associates 14 years ago when she was five. They diagnosed her with Hyperlexia which was practically unheard of back then. They gave me some strategies and suggestions and they reassured me that we were doing a good job She is now 19 on a full ride to college. God is good

Short version- STAY AWAY This organization is incapable of properly diagnosing adults on the Autism Spectrum.They receive one star because they did diagnose my son with Autism 7 years ago and it started our journey for him. However I think any idiot could have diagnosed my obviously Autistic son. Upon his diagnosis I poured into research for him and discovered that I was 110 Autistic. Nothing had ever made more sense in my life. Not that I needed to but I went back to Edelson for a formal eval because I felt it would validate to family etc my discovery.The evaluator said I had Autistic tendencies but refused to diagnose me because I was too good at making eye contact. Of course I was. I was a 35-year old woman who had been masking and pretending her whole life. I worked in HR. I am smart. Of course I learned how to pretend eye contact I was devastated. Literally devastated by them. Not to mention out THOUSANDS of dollars. Fast forward a few years and I was fortunate to find MATT LOWRY LPP. He only works with Autistic patients I now understand why. He diagnosed me as Autistic and laughed when I told of my experience at Edelson. Apparently this is very common for women my age who are good at masking.Couldnt be happier to be a part of the Autism and PDA Pathological Demand Avoidance communities now a place I know I belong to everything in my life finally makes sense.If you think Edelson will help you as an adult please save your money. I went through years of depression and identity issues because of their incompetence. And yes I asked to speak to the management about the incorrect diagnosis back then and they actually backed up the eye contact point . Any Autism expert who is actually an expert will tell you that is BS. Please save yourself the money time and heartache. STAY AWAY FROM THEM Find places that will help affirm and begin your healing and self discovery.

The best doctors appointment of my life. Dr Phifer is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen. I have suffered severe sleep issues for 14 years. So many doctors so many test and so much medication nothing worked and no one knew what was wrong or how to treat me. Fourteen years and woke up every hour on the hour like clock work. I havent slept for real in 14 years until someone took the time to listen to me. Dr Phifer essentially saved my life to be perfectly honest. I was like a walking zombie so sleepy all the time no energy falling asleep while driving. I could go one for days about how horrible it was to go through life like that. Dr Phifer diagnosed me and told me what kind of therapy I needed. Thats all it took someone to listen14 years cured in a couple of hours. Come to find out I dont feel like I need the therapy I just needed to know what was wrong with me. About 3 nights after my visit I slept for almost 8 hours only getting up once to use the bathroom. 14 years of senseless suffering..because no body would listen. I will highly recommend Dr Phifer to anyone who may need diagnosis or treatment. Im not sure how my life wouldve ended up had I never been referred to Edelson and Associates. I cant thank you enough

Highly recommended for anyone who needs helps. The only problems you will have is possibly having to schedule an appointment months in advance due to how intensive the testing is and how long it takes to get your full diagnosis papers from them due to how long the it takes for the testing reports to be compiled and put into a complete diagnosis paper.

Absolutely a great experience top notch costumer service Kelly at the front desk took care of my needs and immediately addressed the issue as if the problem was her own. What make this even better was the type of care I received with my testing with Dr. Alton. I would recommend Edelson Associates to any friend and family member. Thank you again Kelly and Dr. Alton

Yes the front desk girl the one who was pregnant at the time is a bit rude but other than that we had a great experience. Dr. White was very kind and professional. He explained the results of my toddlers evaluation where everyone could understand and I felt he was very spot on with his assessment.

My son was evaluated by Edelson and when I received the report for services it had ANOTHER CHILDS NAME in the report in 3 different places I did not take off work and pay out of pocked for an evaluation for professionals to copy and paste from another childs evaluation. Unacceptable practice When I called to question Mr. Edelson directly told me theres nothing they can do except have me come in so they could convince me it was my sons results. So disappointing and back to square 1 getting help for my child.

Office staff with no regard for patient need only with keeping appt spots full. Staff cancelled appointments without notifying patient even after phone call was made confirming cost and appt time. After waiting over 2 months for appointment walk in to find appt was cancelled due to poor record taking of office staff. Confirmation phone call was never documented as complete so appointments were cancelled out. No flexibility in schedule to work patient in for another 2 months. Will not return here.
