My son has speech therapy with this company and goes to his daycare to help him. Ever since he started coming his speech and communication has gotten so well He went from saying basic words like mom dad bottle yes no to over 50 words. Combining 23 words when speaking this company has been a life saver.

Very poor service.. unprofessional.. Michael roe doesnt even know whats hes saying .. at one minute he mentions I need to help then he says Im getting in the way of him getting help. They have never offered to go over the results of his evaluation.. they claim they tried but failed to do anything. Lousy place.. makes excuses..

So far our experience has been nothing but wonderful. Its very helpful that they come to your home and do PT out of the comfort of your home. Our physical therapist Angie is extremely knowledgeable helpful and patient with my daughter whos delayed in her walking. In just a few sessions weve been able to implement all of her tips and were seeing some improvement already. Im beyond grateful to be working with Easter Seals.

They have helped countless babies I know in the San Antonio area. They serve birth to 3 year olds providing PTOTSpeech to support their development and give families the support they need.

Years ago and as a veteran I was enrolled into this program through the VA as a means to hopefully learn new skills to succeed with employment after having exited military service reintegration training. However I can now safely say that this place is far from what veterans need to succeed. For starters orientation was nice classes were early but doable and the course work was common sense such as how to behave in the workplace. During this time my mother fell more ill and later passed due to her illness. On one occasion my mother called me feeling sick and I excused myself from the classroom as anyone wouldve done and spoke with my mother briefly to comfort her. Soon after I was approached by a rude older woman facility coordinator who said loudly you need to get off the phone and back to class. I was shocked to say the least and I shortly after I felt the need to end my phone call but only after having comforted my mother and returned to class. About a week later a presentation took place by a fellow classmate who entered the classroom wearing a tutu and a headband both of which brightly colored and music began to play from a nearby stereo. My classmates and I were all a bit confused but interested to see what followed and soon enough a dance routine began to unfold that surely the classmate improved and was in no way a serious performance as he crawled on the floor and made strange sounds to his routine. Soon some fellow classmates began to excuse themselves to use the restroom as I too eventually had to use the restroom and so I excused myself briefly. As I exited the restroom I was again approached by the facility coordinator who rudely stated that I needed to get back to class. In that moment it dawned on me that perhaps the facility coordinator was not fond of me yet despite her statement I reentered the classroom to watch the remainder of the performance. About a month info the program I eventually contacted my local VA office and informed my advisor of the training we were receiving and how this type of training would not ready a veteran for future employment especially myself and ultimately that I felt that this program was not best for me. The following Monday I was again approached by the facility coordinator and two other staff members and guided to a room for an unscheduled meeting. As I sat down in a chair I was immediately interrogated for having contacting my local VA office about the type of training we veterans were receiving at this facility. The facility coordinator began to threaten me stating that she would have the VA re-examine my file unbeknownst to her that she did not have the power or authority she thought she did and was incapable of interfering with VA care. As she continued she condescendingly spoke to me as you better listen here young man as if this was her only way to assert her authority at this type of facility she was running. The entire conversation was grotesque and as I grew more and more uncomfortable I soon stood from my seat and left the situation after having endured enough defensive verbiage as the facility coordinator attempted to degrade me and justify doing so at the expense of trying to glorify that their facility was what was best for veterans. This facility was ultimately formally reported to the VA and to my state councilmanrepresentative for the treatment received while at this government contracted non-profit facility. Let it be known that veterans do not need this facility to be successful after service as I can attest that your goals can be achieved on your own and despite the treatment from a facility simply seeking only to make a profit off the expense of degrading veterans for their quote on quote non-profit charade. This facility should not be government contracted considering their only notion is to be paid out of someone elses pocket at the expense of veterans. As of date the facility coordinator has never been reprimanded for her actions. What a disgrace. Veterans deserve better.

Weve been receiving early childhood intervention therapy for the last year some months for our young child. Valerie C. was our therapist and we couldnt have been happier She came to our home weekly and helped him learn and grow She always made sure everything was an easy process for us as the parents and always tried to help us learn new methods for teaching our child. We had other ladies come and do his initial evaluation and they were also great Anytime anyone talks about their child maybe needing some extra help I always tell them about Easter Seals and our experience with Valerie. Ill be continuing to recommend them to others during our duration in Texas

I havent noticed any negativity about the program. I am not sure if society really understands what the intent of the program. For those that dont know the program is to help individuals suffering from PTSD traumatic brain injury or people who are either in special needs or disabled outside of TBI. The instructors are very real and transparent. They are helping these folks recover so that these people can attempt or reattempt to acquire employment. For every complaint on Easter Seals realize there is a second side of the story. Class isnt designed to play video games play on your electronic devices tackle other projects because it distracts from the others in class. I have interacted with the manager and instructors of the center and i am completely satisfied with how well they meet the needs.
