East Louisville Pediatrics - Louisville Office

Recently my friend decided she would prefer not to have the last vaccine her child needed because of the controversy surrounding vaccines in general. My friend was sent a rather curt letter saying either catch up with the vaccines or find another practice.I personally saw this practice for 16- 17 years with my own children and Im appalled at the audacity this practice has demonstrated to my friend after years of service and the amount of negative information surrounding vaccines in the last three years. The science and data simply cannot be ignoredI also chose not to receive the last few vaccines and have had no such demeaning or condescending attitude from the new practice we switched to due to location.Doctors arent Gods and neither is the government. We are the parents and what we deem best for our children should be respected.

Have had my children here from babies to 18. My oldest daughter is 18 and sad to age out of the practice. Have always had a good care experience regardless of which doctor we see. We have had Dr. Ochs for the past few years and she has been amazing

Always can see us quickly and the drs and nurses really seem to care.

The overall atmosphere and climate changed since Church Jones etc retired and they went to One Pediatric or whatever it is. Its no longer welcoming some Doctors run up bills needlessly and some of the ladies who escort patients arent at all personable or show any concern outside of who texted their phones. Dr. McDavid is great and the only reason I managed 3 stars.The escort was not friendly showed nothing but contempt and acted like we inconvenienced her day. If one cannot manage to fake it long enough to get through the day please find another occupation. She didnt ask any questions she didnt do any but have an attitude.

We have been taking my son here since he was a few days old. All of the Drs. and Medical staff are wonderful here.Dr. Bricken has wonderful bedside manner and truly cares about his patients and their families.All of the specialists weve been referred to have been excellent. They also comment on how great of care East Louisville Pediatrics providesMy son was born premature so finding a excellent pediatrics office was very important to us.

My newborn has been a patient of East Louisville Pediatrics for a total of two days and during those two days Dr. Lynch has gone above and beyond for us to make sure his jaundice is taken care of. The communication has been absolutely outstanding appointments have been made in a timely manner and Im still in shock with how quickly the doctor gets results from the childrens hospital then to us. She is just so on top of things. I am so incredibly grateful we found this place as I can tell my son is in great hands. Thank you all SO much.

We just moved to Louisville and ELP came highly recommended by all of our friends. I however have not had the best experience with them and cannot for the life of me figure out why there havent been worse reviews about the front office staff. I have 3 children all of whom I was trying to make appointments for well check visits. They would not allow me to schedule an appointment ahead of time for my oldest whose birthday was in October because they said they dont schedule that far in advance. Also They were so rude about me not having their medical records transferred over before I attempted to call to make their appointments. Which I was planning on doing once I had established an appointment for them. Once we got scheduled I never received a call to remind me of their appointments. They said it was because they were new patients and they didnt have my info. However they were able to call and ask If I was there for the appointment. So they did have my contact info after all. I ended up missing it because of this error. They were also very rude when attempting to reschedule and never once asked for my email in order to assure they were able to notify me of an upcoming appointment. It wasnt until I suggested that she have my email asked me for it. She was just in such a hurry to get off the phone with me. I also was not able to get rescheduled until 2 months out. In my opinion that is too far out from when shes supposed to be seen for a well visit. I dont like the idea of not being able to see a doctor for 2 more months. In the end I am a customer who is paying just as well as everyone else. There should be a better customer service attitude when speaking with people who pay for your services.

We loved Dr. Church He did a thorough check up and took his time during my sons appointment. We didnt have to wait long at all to see the doctor. Our nurse was wonderful too and the front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience and we are very pleased to have found this practice. A friend highly recommended this practice and after our first experience it is obvious why.

Great environment. The Np Cecilia is so wonderful. My daughter is a year old and gets very anxious and upset when we go to the doctor. She was so patient with her and so was the nurse. This place is fantastic. Also Mechelle Hayden who does billing couldnt be kinder to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone. So nice to know pediatricians understand that every child is different and are willing to do what they can to meet their needs and try to relax some of the childrens fears. Great place all the way around

The staff was so personable and took great care of my daughter. Dr. Holloman gave me her recommendations but also made me feel empowered and in control of my childrens health. I felt extremely comfortable with ELPs COVID precautions. As a brand new patient the staff made a point to get to know me and my family. Overall great experience
