I am writing this review with gratitude for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Desai.From the very first appointment Dr. Desai displayed a level of professionalism and expertise that immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen attentively to my concerns thoroughly explaining each step of the diagnostic process and treatment options available.What sets Dr. Desai apart is his genuine concern for his patients well-being. This patient-centered approach made me feel confident that I was in capable hands.In addition to his medical expertise Dr. Desai demonstrates genuine empathy and compassion.I feel fortunate to have Dr. Desai as my healthcare provider and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking a compassionate knowledgeable and dedicated doctor.

Dr. Desai and his team at Texas Endoscopy were great. I will not hesitate to go back in the future.

Very disappointed. I did a transfer of record from TDDC Irving to TDDC Plano to be seen by Dr. Desai to only be denied. Where does one go when you feel that your gastroenterologist isnt doing a good job Isnt it ok to get 2nd opinions I thought that is what I was going to get. New eyes new outcome new perspective something... I have been dealing with gastro issues for 12 years and no one can tell me what is wrong. They all say your symptoms say you should have- gastroparesis or gastritis unsure if theyre the same thing but your test all come out negative and good. Then what else could it be Tired of being tired and sick.

I had a great experience with Dr. Desai. He was very helpful and kind about answering all my questions. He even helped a lot after my appointment by responding to my follow up messages through the online portal

Was referred to Dr. Desai by one of my doctors and couldnt have been happier with his bedside manner medical knowledge ability to explain things to me in laymen terms and his quality of care. Although there for a completely different reason I am grateful to no have a new GI doc who will be doing our colonoscopies. Our former Dr retired and we were looking for a new one. Grateful to have found Dr. Desai

Professional courteous and responsive. Went for a colonoscopy and endoscopy and could not have felt more comfortable. Would highly recommend this particular practice to my friends and family.

Personally and professionally pleasant and reassuring. On my first visit with Dr Desai we reviewed all my prescriptions. He knew quickly and completely the side effects of each one. I knew most but not all so later I checked. Dr Desai was spot on with each one. Later needed an endoscopy and the experience was the same. Very good to have him as your doctor.

Great experience through out Dr Desai puts you at ease throughout the whole process including his staff. Highly recommend.

the people there were extremely friendly from the time I checked in to the or team. I was never felt to believe that my questions were dumb. all of my questions were answered and I felt very comfortable with the service and the people that work there. no complaints from me just compliments to everyone that dealt with me and my wife
