The Direct Advocacy has been an awesome opportunity to be part of. Every Wednesday there is a meeting with Todd Webber.Wednesday meeting Todd makes sure that every question is answered and he lets us choose what we want to talk about.Todd has made me feel that there is a job opportunity for someone like me who has never worked and who has a disability. If I could I would give this company a thousand stars. The job fair event was good. The staff was great they answered all my questions professionally. I was able to interact as a job seeker.You will not regret it if you joined this group

I was invited to do a job fair and everything was well organized and on top of that the facility is very nice. I especially appreciated the huddle for the employers right before the candidates were invited to come in. Mr. Todd Weber went over everything to be expected very clearly. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

I am so happy to have found The Job Club I look forward to the weekly Zoom meetings where we discuss the highs and lows of job searching brainstorm career options and interview suggestions. The weekly Job Blasts have useful links to current job openings which is helping me get more accomplished in a shorter amount of time. I appreciate the time effort and professional connections available through this program

Its a nice facility and they seem to have more physical resources then many of their sister agencies Ive seen in other cities. The staff were friendly. But of my dozen visits there was only one time a receptionist was present and able to locate my counselor. And my counselor spent half our sessions on her phone then ghosted without cancelling multiple appointments or responding to my queries. I understand that she may have been traveling or had medical concerns but it is inexcusable that there is no one at the agency that can explain to me that she is out of the office for weeks on end. So they may have resources that you need but you will have to limit your expectations be patient and advocate aggressively for yourself

Direct Advocacy is a safe place for all. There is a job fair coming 628. I have to let all you job seekers know if you are someone with a disability and want to work this is the place to be. The staff are genuine and care about the people they serve. The last job fair that was put on over at Direct Advocacy was the best job fair I had been too in a very long time. It was well organized they had lots of vendors and on the spot interviews and hiring. The staff make you feel welcome and even gave out candy and water.Its a great place go on over and your life will change for the better. Having a job is empowering. No more excuses the Direct team is there to work with you.

I adore working with Linkages Todd has such a bright welcoming presence and everyone there is so helpful and kindThe vendorjob fairs here are outstanding They are very well organized and thought through. The candidates are all very kind and promising. There is always a very diverse group of companies that join at these events. Its great for networking as wellI always look forward to any calls events and meetings with them

I reached out to Direct about implementing more accessibility at Tucson Meet Yourself they have been wonderful partners in creating an accessibility guide that ensures we meet the needs of all TMY attendees. Further I have put people in the community in touch with them so that their access needs are met. They are kind compassionate and knowledgeable.

Direct Advocacy has been very helpful in helping us Employment Specialist in providing support and helping our members find employment. Todd Webber consistently sends us job leads week after week not just the job but what we need to know about the employer.

They used to be a very valuable helpful and good place with great people but for a few years now I have been less than impressed.
