Crescent Springs KinderCare

Weve been at Crescent Springs Kindercare since our little guy was 4 months old and he is now almost 3. Weve had a great experience The center director and assistant director are wonderful I love stopping to chat with them everyday at drop off and pick up. They keep parents up to date on things happening around the center and host several fun family events each year like a summer carnival and a trunk or treat The core group of teachers are the absolute best my kiddo loves all of them and talks about them daily They share regular pictures and updates throughout the day and are always ready to work together through new stages or challenging behaviors from starting solids to potty training. Beyond being amazing teachers they have also become great friends I love having a center close to home that is full of teachers I trust to take care of my kiddo every day

This was the absolute best Daycare my Children have ever went to. The center staff were like family to my Children. All staff are amazing but a special thanks to the Director and Assistant Director is definitely needed. The quality of care they received while there was above excellence They kept me updated all day with activities they participated in always agedevelopmental appropriate and I received all the art work at the end of the week. They updated me with naps times potty breaks and any notes or comments throughout the day with pictures and videos. They ate nutritious meals followed a structured schedule. They always had fun eventsactivities planned water day movie day pajama day even a summer festival I recommend this center to anyone with child care needs. My children were behind in speech and blossomed within 2 months of attending full-time. Every day they went to Kindercare was worth it. I highly recommend this center

We have been sending our son to kinder care crescent springs for little over a year now. And we absolutely love them. Every single one of the teachers are amazing and we couldnt have asked for a better place to take care of our sweet wild man.

PositiveReliabilityResponsivenessValueKindercare is a great spot for my baby. While pandemic is insane times I feel safe leaving my child at Kindercare. I receive tons of updates and pics throughout the day. They are really flexible and open to work with your schedule. And they are not insane dictators like Little Links 100 do not recommend.

Wonderful leadership here and impressive tracking and communication of child activities. I feel that my son receives excellent care here.

I have 3 kids and they have been here for 2 years. I absolutely love it My youngest is almost 3. By 2 he knew his abcs counted to 10 all the nursery rhyme songs and colors. They actually tech. Not just a babysitter

I could not be happier with the education that my child receives here. My son has attended Rainbow since he was one. He is able to read his name in print as a three and a half year old. He can recognize his letters in print and can make the connection between letters and the initial sounds of words. He can count to 30. He knows all his shapes. He knows how to count to ten in Spanish. I am a teacher myself and I value the fact that there are lesson plans organized around a thematic unit. In short I am glad that my son attends Rainbow.

I am happy my son goes to Rainbow. I stayed at home with him until he was one year old and then I started working again. At first the transition was difficult emotionally mostly for me but my two year old loves it there. All the teachers are very helpful and friendly. The Director is always very patient kind and caring. Balancing home school and work can be difficult but they are always very flexible and understanding. When my son is at Rainbow I do not have to worry about the quality of care he will receive.

This location has changed directors three times in the past three years - each one more disorganized than the last. There is never anyone in the office or up front when I arrive either in the morning for drop off in the afternoon during surprise visits nor in the evening for pick up. Evenings when I pick up the staff do not speak to me nor do they direct me to where my children are. Supervision is severely lacking. Twice one of my children has come home after having had an accident with dried blood bruising andor swelling however none of the staff notified me. To be clear - neither the teacher nor the director called me to inquire about medical attention for my child therefore my child did not receive medical attention. Additionally the staff did not say anything to my spouse when he picked my child up during those instances. Rate changes and tax forms are only provided when asked for. My children used to go to Rainbow in a different location and I couldnt have had better care for my children or better service for the parents. Unfortunately at this location I have actively advised others away. If I had any other option I would leave. As it stands my children only go for before-school drop off. I wouldnt risk any additional time there.
