if i could give it a 0 i would. they never follow appointment times. average waiting time on phone is 30-1 hour. never has getting your meds been made more difficult stress inducing than ever before. they transfer you to unneeded departments while confirming an appointment. god forbid youre not on your phone all day of your appointment or else itll get cancelled and youll run out of med sand theyll just blame you despite their call being hours before my appointment time. dont not recommend. dont not like. this business takes the psych field back 15 years.

This is by far THE WORST Doctors office I have been to. 3 scheduled doctors appointments for my son he is autism and needed his medication. All 3 times the doctor did not even call us. The worse is the supervisor never called us back to address out concerns. STAY THIS A DUMPyou deserve a Zero

I made an appointment for my child last week Thurs with a doctor Michelle Desouza via telemedicine. It was 30 minutes past the appointment time and I called to inquire if the appointment was still going to happen. I was told by the answering service that the doctor was running a couple of hours behind and that the appointment was still going to happen and for us to answer any calls from numbers that we dont recognize because it would be the doctor. We waited and there was no call from the doctor or the office to say that the appointment was cancelled on their end and for us to reschedule at the very least because we understand things happen. We did not get any call it was like the appointment didnt even happen. I called the next day which was Fri to again inquire about what happened with the appointment and no answer was provided. It was like the appointment never existed and that is very unprofessional and unkind. We are working parents and had to make adjustments in our schedule and for them not to even call the next day to say anything at that point was disrespectful. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was told Anna would call me back within 24- 48 hours and guess what I am at the 72 hour window with no call back from this so called imaginary supervisor after calling for the 3rd day since the dropped appointment. I took the time to write this long review of the poor service from the doctor and the so call supervisor. The message I am getting here is my kid and his needs are not important. He is very important and worth the time and care from the right doctor. I will say everyone that has answered the phones at compass health have been pleasant and helpful- they I can say are doing their jobs. I will never ever recommend this facility to anyone. I see now why the review is 2.8. That should have been my first clue shame on me for looking past those low ratings.

Incredibly unprofessional. I have had a back-to-back appointments canceled by the doctor with zero warning or alert that I had to call into and find out for myself that they were canceled. This office will lie to you and say that they called leaving you with new co-pays for consultations that never happened and no prescription continuation for medication which may be required for you to function in your day-to-day life. Practice is an absolute soulless joke with zero care for the client. If you value your mental health and dont want to get stuck 2 to 4 weeks without any medication having to start over seek better help elsewhere.If youre a medical practitioner hiring compass for answering services their agents are outright rude and offer next to no follow-up often transferring you to just another agent its the Comcast support of healthcare.

This place is an absolute and entire nightmare. If you are a patient read your billing statements and make sure theyre correctForget the difficulty of getting through to customer service or to get an appointment Compass will send your bill to collections without informing you of the balance or even trying to get ahold of you to take care of it first After reviewing my statements I realized the amounts that Ive already paid as part of my payment plan arent accounted for in my statements. It seems Compass is stealing money from me and claiming I owe them more- and when I try to ask billing about clarification of the statements they say theres nothing they can do because it was sent to collections. This place is a scam.

COVID isnt the reason I cant see MY psychiatrist in person.Once Dr Segal cared his reputation. Now its profit before patients. Id like to find a practice that is reliable

Absolute DISASTER of a company. Ive been with them before the pandemic and reaching them has NEVER gotten better. Didnt see my therapist for a while called to try to set up appointments and they never called me back. Ive been calling everyday for the last 10 days and they still havent gotten back to me even when I asked to see a supervisor. For someone with adhd setting up appointments or anything else with them is an absolute NIGHTMARE. For a company that claims to care about mental health they sure dont show it in their responsiveness with their patients.

This was once a great psychiatric practice before the pandemic. Currently I wouldnt recommend anyone to come here it looks like a ghost town with barely anything going on. One doctor on hand seeing all the patients. I had a 930 appt I decided to just walk out.

Scheduling has been good and efficient. I get text with all the details before every appointment.My appointments have been helpful with anxiety and depression. There are allot of negative reviews here yet when I have gone in and people do seem to be honestly trying to help. I try to remember that people with a negative outlook on most everything also have a high probability for anxiety and depression so thats why some of the negativity appears here.Ive had 3 sessions so far and already feel a better outlook in my life. Ill continue to use your services. Thank you for the help.

Had an appointment today with Elizabeth Potter at 130pm and she never called me. An hour later and Im on the phone with her office right now and they dont have any good answers for me. They just say Im sorry we are having a hard time adjusting with all the new patients. This is mental health take it seriously. Very very disappointed and sad. I had been looking forward to this appointment and was so happy to finally start getting some real help. No wonder mental health is such a huge issue in this world. There isnt any real help. You shouldnt be in practice if you cant keep your appointments and help people with real issues. This just made me feel worse. Dont waste your time. I will be filing a complaint with Florida Attorney general.
