My experience was excellent from the waiting room staff through my appointment with my Audiologist Dr. Alivia Manlet.She is the best I have seen in years around the country.Professional thorough and courteous all describe her. Dr. Manlet is a very good listener. BRAVA

My son has seen many audiologists in the past. He is speech delayed and has had many ear infections. He never sat through any of these tests. He would fight the whole test entirely. The audiologists in the past were never engaging with my son. They would tell me that he passed with the information they could get. Which made me feel uneasy that they would pass him with such little information. I was so happy to find this facility. We met with audiologist Dr Laura Brady. She sat with us and actually heard my concerns. She engaged with my son and was very personable. She told me how thorough she is with her tests which made me feel confident I finally found the right place. When we came for the test I was very impressed with their lobby. It made my son feel so comfortable with the walls painted with animals cars and other themes. Dr. Brady came out and discussed with me how we would be taking my son straight to the booth to avoid him having to wait and feel uneasy. My son sat through THE WHOLE TEST. I could not believe it. Dr. Brady made him comfortable He sat through the headphones the ear piece test everything. He passed and I left feeling so confident as a parent. Dr.Brady went above and beyond for us. She gave me tips on how to help my son with speech and communication. That I should be sitting in with him during his speech appointment. I appreciate everything that we received during this appointment. I can not thank her enough and all of the kind staff for all of the information she gave us. 1000 highly recommend

The speech therapist student we saw Bridget was not kind was dismissive and got information in my sons report wrong. It was done extremely sloppily with missing and incorrect information. If I could give 0 stars I would. Save yourself the hassle and go to Cleveland Clinic or Therapy Wellness Connections. The student clearly was in a rush to finish her work and my sons report shows it. Very poor excuse for an evaluation it is honestly embarrassing.

This is the place to come to if you need a hearing aide they know what they are doing and the are very efficient at what rhey do I would recommend them to anyone needing a hearing aide.

If I could have given no stars I would have. Extremely extremely disappointed. I was told on the phone that the Audiologist could help me with my situation. When I got there I was told that they could not help me at all. I will never go to Cleveland again for anything again.

Fantastic organization. They will sell you want you need rather than something from the one line they carry. Ask for Jennifer B. to help you shes Fantastic.

My experience with the Cleveland Hearing Speech center is very awesome. The employees they treat you with respect courtesy and they help you with whatever needs to be taken care of if its repairing your hearing device checking your hearing they do a good job at it if they dont get a good reading when they check your hearing the first time they redo it over and they let you know how your hearing is and they ask you what type of devices it would like to use so my experience with them is great. I have no complaints.

I hired an ASL interpreter for a recent virtual event on Zoom and was very happy with the services provided.I filled out the CHSC interpreter request form...

The speech therapists and staff are wonderful. They helped my son work through his speech disorder and learn to communicate and he had fun at his speech therapy sessions. Highly recommended

Im coming back to CHSC and want to see my audiologist both favorite one. One is Dr L. Brandy and R. Clark. In my personally opinion they both deserve excellent employees awards. Get me on schedule with either one.
