If I had written this review 10 years ago it would be 5 stars. My sons who are now 18 and 12 had seen Dr. Savitt for many many years such an awesome doctor He is now retired and there are no other male doctors at this clinic. My son prefers a male doctor at this age and therefore I will seek one out elsewhere. My daughter had Dr. Hannah Wilhelm who we also loved but she is also no longer there. That said we have a favorite lady who has always done our vaccine shots and the new docs have always been patient and kind. Since our familiar docs have left it just hasnt felt like our regular clinic and weve just seen whoever is available. Now that things are a bit more normal post-pandemic I will be seeking out a new clinic to call home. All this said we have always liked the Maple Grove urgent care when we need it which is part of the same system of Childrens clinics.

I so appreciate all that the team at Partners in Pediatrics do. My child was there yesterday with covid like systems and pneumonia and they took amazing care of him. I know they are short staffed and dealing with so much but they are still so wonderful and show dedication to the health of our kids. THANK YOU

Bright clean airy atmosphere with down to earth relaxed staff. Im surprised by the comentary of rude and unfriendly staff because that has not been our experience at all. All of the staff from the front desk to nurse and pediatricians interacted with our bubbly interactive 2 year old and complemented our newborns hair bow combo. Amazing pediatricians highly knowledgeable and patient. Also culturally competent. Theres a seperate waiting area for newborns which is a plus to me. The only draw back is a journey from the parking lot tight parking if you forgo the complementary valet parking otherwise Id reccomend this location.

I liked PIP a lot better when they actually had people helping us before and after an appointment. Now they only send a vague email about getting your info on the childrens clinics website. No mention of this from a person no information about how to set up an account to access your information. Not. Helpful. Terrible change in customer service.

I really like one of the doctors there she is very nice very helpful information every time I go in. The nurses expecially the younger ones are very mean and really show they dont care much. I just had one rolling her eyes with attitude at me. I will be looking for another clinic for my four kids.

We have been coming to PIP Plymouth since our son was born almost 2 years ago. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dr Jennings is fantastic. She always takes time to listen and weve always felt like shes genuine. She explains things well and never talks down to us regardless of how dumb our questions are. We use the Ready Care walk-in quite a bit as well. We rarely have to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes despite not having an appointment. Everyone we have seen for Ready Care has been great. We highly recommend PIP and have referred friends and family.

I wish I could give less stars. I unfortunately never followed up on this incident and I should have. The pediatrician we saw here was amazing it was the lab technician who was ABSOLUTELY terrible. It was my sons 12 month check up and the lab tech came in to do a finger poke. My son didnt cry at all at the initial poke but as she started squeezing his finger to get the sample he started screaming bloody murder. It wasnt until she left the room until I saw that she had dug her nails into his skin. He had marks on his arm for over a week I was SO upset. I opted for the lidocaine cream for his other vaccinations he was getting that day. After the finger poke the lab tech came back in and I pointed out what had happened to his arm. My poor son was terrified of her at this point. She should have had another tech come in to do the other vaccines because she could tell how upset I was and didnt seem remorseful at all. Then I watched her carefully for the next 4 vaccines he was getting. If you havent had the cream before you can see an obvious red spot of where it was placed so you know what area is the numb part. This same lab technician missed EVERY single spot. To me this seemed intentional. Anyway horrible is an understatement. She shouldnt be working as a lab technician for children. Avoid this place if you can

With the appointment scheduled the nurse led us to the waiting room waited doctor for 30 minutes saw the doctor one time and two nurses standing around. Then was told that we need to wait for at least another 20 minutes. Nobody nurse and doctor notified us of the longer waiting After 30 minutes we left and told them you are not able to charge us for the visit. No matter how you are busyurgent you or nurse should let your patient know if need the long wait as early as possible. Be respectful. We wont come to the clinic any more. I am kind not expose your name in the public.

Plymouth locationThis group was recommended to me by the hospital I had my baby at. I do not personally recommend it I actually told them no thanks when asked if I wanted to book my next appt. You have to walk though an entire hospital to get to it with a newborn sick people by a brand new baby no thank you.
