This is an awesome group of clinicians They have helped my daughter tremendously and ensured she has the best quality life. They have been happy to work with us in finding the best plan of action to manage her seizures. They are always friendly and professional.

Dr. Kane is rude and offensive. Made me cry every time we saw him. My son has suffered from seizures for the last 5 years from a bacterial meningitis infection that damaged his brain when he was 13. I believe Dr. Kane never even bothered to read his case file. Always had his own agenda on lowering meds that kept my son seizure free. My son and our family have been on this journey for 5 years nowwe were under the care of some of the best neurologists and brain surgeon in the country before I moved to Texas. Never in this journey have I been treated the way Dr. Kane treated us He believes himself to be all knowing he is far from that. If you live in Austin I highly recommend Dr. Reardon He is amazing Kind compassionate and caring of his patients and their journey.

Dr.Rearden has always been great and helpful at answering all my questions. He always provides my son with great service. We have had great appointments and the whole team there at the office is just so kind and helpful.

Be sure you check that the doctor the clinic and the management firm are all in network. I am being billed from Magella which wasnt the doctor who I checked to be in network before my appt or the office Pediatric Neurology - who again I check to be in network prior to my appt and I am now responsible for a 792 bill for A CONSULTATION I took my daughter in for a 20 minute CONSULTATION and I owe nearly 800. Their billing dept has been an absolute nightmare to work with. Ive spent over 7 hours on the phone trying to sort this out. I wish Id never stepped foot in that practice. Which is an unfair rating for the doctors who are tied to these reviews sadly.

I would like to start off by saying that we my family have NOT had the best experience with neurologists at Dells Children Neurology We received a recommendation from our pediatrician Dr. Merrick McMains and felt extremely optimistic and hopeful about CNCA after one phone call with them. Took my 15 yr old son in for seizures hes been having since late 2021 so by now you can only imagine being a teen all on its own is very confusing now add seizures to the confusion along with drs that dont seem to genuinely care about you receiving proper diagnosis with care and now you have a teen that hates dr appointments doesnt believe in drs because you felt like prior drs didnt care NOT a good combinationOur first appointment was amazing we felt right at home with the relaxing environment and all the positive vibez from everyone After leaving the appointment my son had a smile on his face and feeling optimistic about his new healing journey with Dr. GustkeyAnother HUGE Thank you all at CNCA for making my teen a believer again Truly love and appreciate you all for bringing that smile back on my sons faceWOULD Highly recommend Dr. Gustkey to any parent feeling lost and or helpless good to know that theres still remarkable drs in the worldShout out to the gentle-kind-witty--down to earth Dr. Gustkey and his phenomenal sweet beautiful vibrant team Nurse Peyton and Lesley

Dr. Labiner is truly the most knowledgable and kind person and doctor Ive ever met. I wish she could treat ALL health issues for all people. I highly recommend her. Her staff by the way is also top notch. The office works very well together

Dr. K. Labiner is a caring and genuine good doctor. My daughter is very comfortable with her and I trust her completely. There are doctors who dont do a genuine good job with their patients Dr. Labiner is definitely not one of those.
