Thieves and scammers. They we told numerous times do not and i repeat do not charge my insurance and bill me as work covers it. They ignored me and the info i gave them and charged my insurance and me. Shame on you shame. I will never ever come here again.

Bethanne Swick is an excellent provider for my child. She is able to engage and adapt to the personality of my child. She has many techniques and advice that have proven successful for us. Highly recommend

Was referred here when my doctor and i were looking at diagnosing adhd and neurodivergence as it had been getting in the way of my life. Full disclosure this was a couple years ago so maybe there have been changes since then.The psychologist I saw did diagnose me but it felt less like explaining my life and being heard and more like talking to someone who didnt believe me. When I mentioned symptoms and severity she always had a skeptical look on her face. She brought up the idea of not selling adderall on the street at least once every five minutes after we got done with the initial testing and scoring which I found odd. I may be tattooed and awkward due to what i now know as autism but i can also read the room. Not everyone who has tattoos and piercings is a druggie or a criminal. Not cool for a mental health facility to make judgments like that.I thankfully didnt experience any of the financial issues that others are having. But i did try to schedule a follow up for talk therapy and after two messages left and no response i just sought it elsewhere.

Was supposed to be seeing Dr. Grant Schroeder at the Gahanna location. We had couples counseling with him that was supposed to be over the phone two weeks ago but it was more of like a 20 minute conversation. After the conversation he stated he wanted us to come into the office if we were comfortable with it two weeks from then. My husband and I agreed and we scheduled for the same time at the Gahanna location for today with Dr. Schroeder. We go to the location around the time he said we were scheduled and we waited for 20 minutes before calling the Sawmill location and asking if they saw us on the schedule. The receptionist said no and asked if we wanted to schedule with him. I was furious and really embarrassed. Not only did I waste my time I will never come back to this psychiatrist group again. Very unprofessional.

Extremely unprofessional and cold. My husband was charged 300 without any bill in hand or knowledge of the charge. When I asked for a bill with a breakdown they said that would be difficult to do.The office staff was extremely rude uncaring and doesnt care for the well-being of their patients. They were unwilling to reimburse and justified their behavior.For a medical facility let alone a mental health one I see why they dont have good reviews. Had we know this was the case we never would have stepped foot in this facility.I would NEVER go to this office. They are unwilling to work with you and dont care to retain their patients.
