I was trying to enroll my children here which was already scary because theyve been attending CEOGC William Patrick Day since they were newborns but the hours there no longer work for our family. I had been going back and forth with paperwork because my children have dietary restrictions and their Dr. hasnt been in the office much this summer to sign off on their forms. I finally got everything signed and sent back a week ago and I received an email from Rebecca Montgomery that my children were all set and can start Tues Aug 3rd. When I get there a little after 8am I was waiting in the entry area for a while staff was still coming in no one was really friendly no one spoke but ok whatever. Rebecca finally comes out brings more paperwork for me to sign and she mentioned one of the forms from the Dr. was filled out incorrectly and she wasnt sure if they would have food for my 1 yr old but she was going to check with staff. My youngest does not eat meat or consume dairy products and I was told I could not provide food. As Rebecca is talking it over with staff whether or not my child would have food I CLEARLY heard a staff member say SHE WONT BE EATING TODAY in reference to my child needing a veggie meal. I DO NOT KNOW THESE PEOPLE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THEIR FIRST DAY THESE ARE THE THINGS BEING SAID BEHIND CLOSED DOORS ABOUT A ONE YEAR OLD. I wanted to go off but I just grabbed my babies put them in the car let the staff know they were unprofessional and that I heard their remarks and I left. Its hard enough trying to trust strangers with our children and this is the conversations that people WHO CHOOSE to work with children like to have. This is not ok After I dropped my babies off I went back to Quincy place to get all the forms Ive turned in so Ill have them and they lunch lady the made the remarks tried to apologize and The site administration called me some time after made a few excuses about how the lady jokes a lot and she was going to talk with her. None of which mattered anyway because I told them my children will not be attending. You can do what you will with this info. I prayed over my babies before going in there and asked my ancestors to watch over them and then this incident happened. I dont play about my babies and neither does God and my ancestors.

I work at Arbor Park in the infant room and take pride in what I do. We may forget to take off our shoes from time to time but we sterilize all toys that going into the mouths of the babies at the end of the day. The prior reviewer had an issue with one PAR assistant and that prior reviewer made things hard for that assistant too. The teachers always talk to parents. The floors admittedly can use some deep cleaning and buffing and the walls could use some painting but the teachers treat all families who treat them with kindness and respect with equal friendliness kindness and respect.
