COMPLETE NIGHTMARE TO GET NEW PATIENT REGISTRATIONI have been trying to get my children registered as new patients since 072023. I filled out the online forms and never received an email or phone call to get my kids registered. I called their appointment line after 8 weeks and was advised that they didnt see the new registration request the representative advised me to re-register and wait. I re-registered and still no contactcommunication. I called and the same thing they didnt see the registration request and needed to try again. I registered again in mid October and no contact. I called back today and was advised the same thing they didnt see my childrens registration request. I understand that they are busy but 6 months and no contact is absurd.Capital Area Pediatrics came to us highly recommended by 10 friends and family in the area. The staff is unable to help even though I advised them that I must be doing something wrong and would like assistance to get my children registered as new patients with the practice correctly.I have never seen a childcare facility unwilling to help as Capital Area Pediatrics I will make sure to echo my discontent with this facility throughout my community.

I recently visited the doctor with my sick son who had high fever. Despite assurances of swift lab results within 30 minutes there was a delay. After receiving a false message about the upload we called twice emailed doctor and even now after 4 hours the issue persists. The lack of response during a crucial time for my sons health is distressing and disappointing. Furthermore when I finally received a response from Dr. Hill after 5 hours it was disheartening. She conveyed that she couldnt call until she finished attending to all patients for the day. This added to our concerns and left us feeling discouraged.

They charged a whopping 148 for Sports Physical Exam for a Patient who has established relationship since 2015. The same can be done for 74 at CVS. When reached out the staff through patient portals messages they didnt quote the charge even after specifically asking the charge was told only upon completion of the procedure. Even the staff who fixed the appointment over phone didnt tell the charge instead he mentioned that hes not aware of how much it costs. Highly disappointed.

This has been a great experience so far We just had our first baby and both Dr. Maya and Dr. Hill have been so good to us. Dr. Hill is just excellent at her job as a lactation specialist and we feel so lucky to have found this practice. Looking forward to continued excellent care.

Great doctors but scheduling an appointment at this practice is a nightmare. Zero customer service. Self-scheduling online is imposible there is never any availability. Callingeven worse it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get someone on the line. Be ready to be on hold for 30-40 min

The front desk lady checked me in. Then after 20 minutes waiting in the office I went to ask about my kids appointment. She started to ask me again about my appointment and carelessly kept asking the same questions and I was repeating the same answers. Then she said that she cant understand what kind of appointment I needed. She started to reschedule my appointment. I calmly said let me talk to your supervisor or a nurse she said everyones busy and she is the best I can get. Her insisting that I am rude for asking for a supervisor. I was very clear but it didnt take a minute for a doctor she called to come. In ten minutes my kid was done with her appointment. I am complaining about the way she has poorly handled the whole situation instead of being professional not wasting others time to do her job and ask for help. My son stayed for a few years just because Dr. Pillion was very good but it was impossible to make an appointment with her. Then Dr. Pillion left this clinic and no one sent 1 letter warning us.We have sent my sons records since we moved and every 6 months they still callingbothering us asking for the same documents. They are very disorganized.

Dr. Christiansen is the best We love her however it is difficult to make an appointment. I tried repeatedly to schedule an online appointment today with their website providing errors. When I called their office I listened to a recorded message that loops and does not connect you to a receptionist. We ended up having to visit a different provider. I hope they fix their appointment scheduling system so we do not need to find a new provider.

Staff is amazing As a first time mother knowing that they are enforcing the masking policy is calming and makes me feel welcome and safe. Each time I am there I am shocked at those who have no care for others children. Candi and Karen are such a pleasure and just seem like they enjoy what they do.
