We have been going to CAP since our daughter was born. Our 1 year-old has been seeing Dr. Madoo since she was a few days old and we absolutely love her. Parking is plenty and easy. The garage spaces are a bit of a tight squeeze but theres more parking available than the Vienna and other Falls Church location - in my opinion. I have been to Vienna and Falls Church as well and those locations and staff are also very efficient but Sleepy Hollow is our favorite. Weve always had super quick wait times easy check-in and check-out and the nurses for vaccines have been quick and very friendly. Dr. Madoo is so patient - I always have questions and shes so responsive and explains things to us first-time parents in a way that we can understand non-medical jargon. Our daughter also adores her and how animated she is Definitely important when you have a little one and we imagine our daughter will continue to enjoy seeing her in the future and not feel scared. Health forms and registration are all digital and paying your bill is super easy. I love that the practice utilizes a Patient Portal online which makes reviewing notes future appointments billing statements and medical records easily accessible online. I will say that the wait time to speak to someone on the phone is long 5-10 minutes but Ive never had a negative encounter with anyone. HOWEVER scheduling simple appointments and express visits are super easy online... so you dont need to call the office unless you really need to. Ive highly recommended CAP to friends and fully trust the providershave been happy with the care weve received.

Dr. Guy prosper is the best pediatrician I never feel rushed on any of our appts and thats rare to find these days. He listens to our questions and concerns

I shouldve read all the reviews here rather than ...1 Scheduling system is so confusing and inefficient.2 Providers do not seem get enough time to have a conversion rushing and quite careless.3 MAs are not for babies.

Very friendly staff and excellent Doctors--especially Dr. Jasani. She takes her time and asks questions and REALLY listens to both the kids and the adults. Great practice

Could not be happier with this practice and especially with Dr. Laura Madoo whom weve been seeing for many many years -- so long I cant even remember how long. It is easy to find parking the waiting rooms are clean and for some reason were often the only people in them and every staff person we have interacted with has been warm and cheerful. We just had an appointment with Dr. Madoo yesterday and we were greeted quickly did not wait long did not feel rushed she gave us plenty of time to ask questions and she speaks with my now teenage daughter in such a connecting respectful and caring way that she gained her trust. Also could not love more the fact that they have a therapist in house. Not sure if that is standard in all pediatric practices now but its a huge plus and tells me this practice is on top of it because at this point the link between mental well being and physical health is difficult to deny. The only difficulty I had was understanding how to navigate the online system and figuring out what kinds of appointments I could make there vs. required a phone call. I love the idea of being able to book appointments online but I dont think their portal is fully functional in that respect at least yet so I definitely recommend calling.

The doctors and nurse practitioners are amazing Got an appointment same day and after getting horrible advice from urgent care doctors they were more thorough and answered all of my questions Finally got my daughter the care she needed

Most of the doctors are fine but the scheduling line and check in technology are absolute disasters. It takes a very long time to get through the phone tree when you call the appointment line and the check in process is unduly cumbersome. This used to be a premier practice but it has not figured out how to keep up with its corporate growth. When people raise these concerns to the call center the concerns obviously go unheard. Complete disaster.It is a total shame that the decent providers at this practice have their decency spoiled by the administrative nightmares. Avoid this practice unless you enjoy self-flagellation.

Been taking my kids here for the past four years. Pediatricians are awesome but everything else about this practice has gone downhill. Because of these most recent experiences I have switched to a different practice.You cant get anyone on the phone when you need to on hold for 30 minutes and not being able to see a provider for over a month at any locations for a well visit have me switching to another local practice.

I have taken both of my kids here since they were born. They are now 8 and 10 how time flies They have taken care of my children with patience and care. Dr. Glandon saved my daughters life by making the wise decision to send us to the hospital due to her asthmarespiratory failure. I am saddened to say my insurance has changed and I will now have to make the hard decision to find another pediatrician. It is bittersweet.
