Brighter Stronger Foundation

Very disappointed. Unprofessional and unreliable just as the other reviews say. My niece has yet to have a full session since the first meet and greet. We have cancelations for sessions the day of or dont hear from anyone unless my sister reaches out to the RBT. When my sister first initially told me about the program I was excited because my niece would finally get the help she needed . The company said they had a therapist ready for her but it took months for a meet and greet. In between that time she was finally informed that they were actually looking for an RBT maybe about a month and a half. My sister and I were confused on which situation occurred did they have an RBT or not After a month of waiting I told my sister she needs to go to another company but she insisted to wait for brighter stronger foundation.it went back downhill after the first session. Session is supposed to be 4 times a week . The first meet and greet was 3WEEKS AGO. every session since then has been canceled My sister has tried reaching out multiple times to the supervisor not sure if shes even a bcba and even she doesnt respond on occasions. I would give 0 stars if I could . There are plenty more companies who are reliable and responsive at least

Attempted to get services for my son. They dont call back. No response to messages. Very unprofessional. Called numerous times and left numerous messages.

My child was a client at this place and our experience was TERRIBLE ....I was told about activities that were provided each month my child actually wanted...

My child has been with BSF for some time and we have had nothing but an amazing experience. The services are great and the staff is wonderful.

excellent services well groomed place staff was very friendly and easy to talk to I recommend Brighter Stronger Foundation to anyone who has a love one stuffing with autism . I love this place

I wanted to get service from this agency I called and asked for an appointment with the manager but they did not give me the time of day. they just wasted my time and in the end their instructor did not show up at the time that we agreed and never responded to my phone calls. Very unprofessional
