Blossom Center for ABA Learning

I recently joined the Blossom Family as an RBt and I love my job. They care about their employees and the kids. I highly recommend this agency for those seeking help in ABA therapy.

More than half of the reviews on here are from employees themselves. Coincidentally theyre 5 stars maybe they wanted to keep their jobs and thats why they did so. This company is poorly managed by the owner and her possy any inconvenience the owner will throw a tantrum and make your life miserable as a parent. At first its all smiles and pleasantry but later everything is a problem. Then when you want to contact HR..its her husband whom obviously will take her side. This place also has an extremely high turnover rate due to her treating RBTs like slaves. So expect your child to have a new therapist frequently she will say its for generalization but its not. Its because she cant keep and RBT with the poor pay and poor treatment. I would keep your children away from here whom need ABA services.

We loved Blossom so much and they didnt love us back... Sheila has become a bad owner in my eyes and families that are in the lower class just please stay away you will be pressured to bring your kid in even when you cant and told your childs RBT will be replaced. I am so sad that this is our harsh reality this center has a bad turnover rate the RBTS are not paid well and they dont want to work for the center. My son has had four RBTS since January and this is not the care we hoped for I wish things can change for Sheila and her center but as for us we are done and just down right disgusted at the way we were treated DO BETTER SHEILA ALL CRITICISM ISNT BAD STOP GETTING MAD AND RUN THE CENTER CLINICAL DIRECTOROWNER

Sheila and the team at Blossom have worked miracles on my daughters behaviors. My daughter has been with them for a year and a half and her behaviors have improved and she is talking so much. When she started she could not speak.Whenever I have shared a concern with Sheila she listens and addresses the situation. Same with other members of the team. I have also done parent training sessions with them so I may continue whatever practices they use at the center at home with my daughter.Sheila and her team genuinely care about the kids and their development.

Do not let the positive reviews fool you Most of them are from employees The owner is INCREDIBLY unprofessional and rude. They provide low quality ABA services and refuse to take any sort of criticism from the parents. The owner is clearly in for the money and does not hide it I would think twice before trusting a child with these people. Unbelievable

I recently joined the Blossom Family as an RBT. I have genuinely enjoyed working with a company that cares about their employees and provides positive support to families who are in need of our services. The owner of this company Sheila truly cares about your growth as a professional and guides you to be as successful as you can be She shows great communication skills provides employees with the resources and training needed to efficiently perform tasks and shares her expectations while making sure you understand. The amount of dedication she shows for this company and her employers is an amazing representation of her support commitment to her clientele. I highly recommend Blossom ABA Co. to any family out there who is seeking ABA therapy.

Blossom Behavior Therapy has done so much for my daughter. When my 3 year old began speech therapy she was barely speaking a word and wouldnt call me mom. Now shes speaking like a parrot and one of my favorite phrases is mommy I love you. They even helped me potty train my little one in a short period of time. Sheila is an amazing ownertherapist whos passionate about helping children with delays. Everyone in this institution is very professional kind loving and flexible. Im glad to have them in my daughters corner. I recommend this institution to all parents who are dealing with similar challenges Ive faced and continue to face.

Weve been working with the team at Blossom for almost a year. Theyve been amazingly supportive and patient with our son. Weve seen a lot of positive growth from him as a result of his time here. The owner Sheila is exceptionally knowledgeable and truly cares about the kiddos. We highly recommend their services.

I love Blossom ABA My kids have been going there for about 7 months and have made a HUGE transition. I started noticing changes within the first month or two. The therapist are very patient courteous and very loving towards my children. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone
