Clean and modern place friendly staff as well. Would strongly recommend Feel welcoming and helpful to say the least. DR. Sessions is exceptional at what she does and I cant say enough good things about herself and the staff.

Dr. DeBiase has been a wonderful therapist during a difficult time. She is wise kind and extremely intuitive. She finds a wonderful balance between letting me identify what feels important and then - after listening - circling back to the heart of it with just the right question. I am very grateful for her help.

I had an excellent experience with Biltmore Psychology. Id tried therapy a couple times starting in childhood and an adult but never found a lot of success. The individual I worked with worked quickly to understand me and the issues I was experiencing some of which I needed help understanding or identifying. We put together a plan for my treatment with goals that we established together - something Id never even heard of in my other attempts - and checked in on my progress rad appropriate. I would have continued being a patient if I didnt move out of state and desired to find someone local and Biltmore even helped me with a referral that I have found to be a great fit as well.

Forever grateful for all of the people at Biltmore Psychology and Counseling. Over the years I have had nothing but the best experiences with the ownership and staff. You can tell they truly care about their clients and foster a supportive and compassionate environment for all walks of life. I would highly recommend anyone seeking counseling to call BPC.

Could not recommend Biltmore Psychology and Counseling more My partner and I completed premarital counseling at BPC and were pleased with our experience. They are professional inclusive compassionate and are invested in our care. They have been able to accommodate our needs through each season of my familys life and have recently been a resource through navigating postpartum anxiety. Absolutely adore our therapist and Keele at the front desk is always so helpful

-I experienced LGBTQ relationship erasure at best homophobia at worst.-Service declined due to a history of substance abuse despite documenting 6 years of sobriety.-First appointment cancelled through a voicemail with no explanation.-Protected Health Information sent from a Biltmore Psychology and Counseling email that states it is NOT HIPPA compliant and had another person copied without my consent.Please carefully read the 5 star reviews on Google. Most clearly state a conflict of interest- previous employees spouses of current employees etc. There is a clear theme in the 1 star reviews that points to a very telling story and a lack of action taken by Biltmore Psychology and Counseling.

Do not waste your time or money here. These people only care about MONEY and definitely not about your health or healing. Stay away from Elizabeth Felix she is HORRIBLE

Biltmore is a wonderful place you will not be disappointed. Theyre the best and I recommend them to all my family and friends.

I am so grateful I found Heather at BPC She is compassionate knowledgeable patient and an excellent listener. She always makes me feel heard understood supported and empowered. I cant thank her enough for helping me to improve my mental health self-esteem relationships and quality of life. I also want to give a shoutout to Keele for always being so helpfuland for bringing a warm and comforting presence to the waiting room. I highly recommend Heather and BPC

As a former office coordinator at Biltmore Psychology and Counseling I can honestly say that each and every therapist has genuine compassion and care for every client that walks through their door. I cannot describe how wonderful and beautiful it was to witness the transformation of clinicians and clients working together to reach their goals At BPC the desire to see each of their clients flourish and grow truly shows. Both the owners Melissa and Danny are truly wonderful too They listen to every single employee so they can continue to provide excellent care for their clients. I dont think Ive ever worked for a company that has cared so thoroughly about their clients and employees.
