Dr Meziab is such a caring and compassionate doctor. He explained everything in a way we all understood. And during this very confusing and scary time he made us feel we were going to be ok.My daughter who is 6 came in very nervous but Dr Meziab and David made our experience one that my daughter will remember in a positive way

A group of the stupidest people ever I called into get a test for a specific std after getting my blood work done and a couple days later I received all call saying im negative for everything but they didnt test me for what I asked them to. After telling them my concerns on my phone they said they can get the test done by tomorrow but tomorrow has come and when I received the call all it says was I need to give them more of my blood. I communicated to many people on many occasions on what I need to see from the test and everytime they say they will tell me my results but I never have got them. I would give them a 110 Most unorganized and incompetent doctors and nurses. I would try to avoid this location as much as possible

When I called to schedule my sons appointment front desk answered quickly they were able to get him in within that week . They sent a text message to remind me of the time and location which is very helpful to me. When we arrived they checked us in fast and called us to the back and into the room . Doctor didnt have us waiting for more than 5 minutes and when he arrived he was friendly caring understanding and patient . He answered all our questions didnt rush our appointment and explained everything well . Overall we were very happy with his care and plan for my son .

Dr. Heather Cassell was excellent. My 2 year old daughter has a condition that Ive struggled to find someone who even knew what it was FPIES. I had a bad experience at another allergy office. Dr. Cassell was knowledgeable friendly and helpful. I will definitely be taking my daughter to see her again. The office staff was also very friendly and efficient.

Dr. Chin is a great pediatric endocrinologist she listens to parents and her pediatric patients. She provides options and re-evaluates the circumstances. She doesnt order additional tests if theyve already been done. I wish more pediatric providers read their patients records and familiarize themselves with their pediatric patients instead of wasting everyones time with redundant questions. I appreciate her bed side manner professionalism and her empathy for her pediatric patients.

My children visited with a resident Dr. Gomez 12082023 whom was very condescending and dismissive. He stated that my children appeared very well and that after listening to their lungs it was assuring that there was no need to test for RSV then went on to try and educate me on the virus when I am knowledgeable of it. The resident made me feel like I was overreacting when it came to my children by requesting to test for RSV but then when I got the results I was informed by a Dr. Staple the attending whom which the resident is working under that results are positive for RSV I am so glad that I went with my intuition and requested the test A mother always knows their children Regardless the resident should have taken the time to make a FULL observation rather than insisting on being dismissive Even my mother whom is a pediatric nurse could tell my children had RSV while over FaceTime video call TAKE THE TIME TO REALLY OBSERVE YOUR PATIENTS

The staff here cared and are efficient and quick. We were very early for my childs appointment and we were able to be seen early. The Dr listened to my concerns as well as reassured me about care and treatment for the future. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and others to take their children here for care.
