I was able to get an appointment quickly with Banner and I was very pleased with the overall experience. The front desk was lovely and Dr. Chabayta was thorough and listened well. Everyone I met was welcoming and kind. I feel confident moving forward with this office as my provider.

On the phone now with them. My GLP1 prescription called in incorrectly a second time. I will now crash this weekend without my meds from a high titration. Four appointments. Over same issue. 2 in person and then 2 tele-health where my dosage was incorrectly sent to pharmacy twice. they put me in danger with inaccuracies twice. Dr limb and Dr Ruaro sadly. I really liked Ruaro but now Im screwed.

Excellent overall experience. The physician MA and front desk staff were all patient kind and listened. When I had a recurrence of symptoms in the lobby after my appointment the MA informed the doctor and I was able to see him briefly again to get medications that would help me get through the weekend. The fact that I could send a message in the portal after my visit was also very appreciated. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Bernardo Chavira is a physician that you want in your corner. Hes always available for my questions and anything else I need.

Banner is a top notch medical facility. Highly recommend. The doctors and nurses are very friendly and professional. They definitely have your best interest in mind.

Ive been with Banner for decades they USED to have wonderful extremely educated talented primary care Drs who were engaged with and knew their patients HOWEVER The last few years Ive watched this clinic decline into something akin to the caliber of a drug store minute clinic. These newer Drs have ZERO bedside manners quite rude at times and very blas towards their patients concerns I will not be returning to this particular clinic at 707 n alv because of 2 of the worst Drs Ive ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. I will be taking my concerns up the chain of command no one should ever be treated and brushed off like I was. I cant seem to ratereview the 2 Drs themselves so Ill just leave them here Dr Gonzalez and Dr Ruaro both team 3 less than one star. I cant believe this.

I have been trying to find a good primary doctor for many months and was hoping I would find good care here. I had to wait around 3 months for an appointment here and when I was at my appointment they hardly addressed my concerns for the appointment. They even ordered a urine sample and they never got back to me with the results it was 2 weeks ago. They even wanted me to give the urine sample in the room instead of the restroom which is very strange. I should not go to a doctor and feel defeated and that nobody cares about me and my health.
