Wonderful Doctors but horrible office staff especially admin Managers Yolanda and Alex treat patients horribly. Front desk did not set appointment properly but I get punished by getting discharged as a patient. Because if a missed appointment that was not set properly. Have appointments rescheduled that they dont even have record of I have been calling for over 3 weeks and leaving several messages and do not get any return callsNothing is ever logged properly not able to speak to anyone in office only able to leave messages and no one returns your call no matter how many times you call. I understand doctors are super attentive but when they allow office staff to treat people like this I have been a patient here for 15 years and to be treated in this manner is horrible over something that was a mistake in office staff . I never leave reviews or comments but I had to come into the clinic just to be able to talk to someone and to have to leave feeling like this because how they want to treat you is awful

Banner Medical Center for me has treated me like a person not just a patient. Anytime I had to go in for something I was able to see a provider that I had previously had experience with over the past 10 years or so. And the hospital itself is the best around. I go to their emergency room for whatever medical concerns I have. And they also make sure that I do a follow up with my PCP Dr. As soon as I can. Sometimes Ill wait till early in the morning before I go because it gets really busy from like 6 pm thru like 2 am. And its at least a 3-5 hr wait in the waiting area. Depending on what type of medical emergency I have of course. They take really good care of you when youre there. And the triage nurses are patient with the people who are gonna be seen. At first I was not liking this hospital that was a very long time ago. Now Id recommend anyone to go there. And Id rather go there than any other hospital

My doctor went out of her way to explain the benefits of each of the tests she was asking me to undergo.

The nurses on the nurse line are absolutely amazing They helped me so much even with non medical stuff they gave me resources to help my personal situation. And Dr Brunson is the best Shes in addition medicine but took on my eating disorder as well. She helps me stay on track and makes sure Im ok with running labs and other referrals. She is hands down the best Dr I have ever hadthe M.A Amriah is amazing as well she does my injections so fast and makes me feel comfortable and safe even tho the injection its self is painful she comforts me and waits until Im ready to do the injection Ive even requested her to come to the other building and they approved my request because she works at the building across the street. I had one bad experience from a receptionist not checking me in. I ended up missing my appointment and having to leave and when I told my doctor they got management involved. They truly care about the patients here. And if you have an issue just let them know theyll fix it immediately and they wont try to blame you. I know this is a really long review but I really cant say enough how much I love this doctors office. I dont dread going to see them they make me and my girls feel so safe and comfortable. They even help with my kids during my injection making sure that they are comfortable and safe and I really appreciate that. They truly take the time for you and my girls love coming here with me because they get to play with the nurses.

I would give Dr. Garg six stars if that was possible. I had a Telehealth appointment and it was very helpful. He was on time efficient thorough and our video conference appointment laid the groundwork for a face-to-face appointment. Banner was recommended to me by my son who had a positive experience. I am glad I made the call and look forward to seeing Dr. Garg as my health care needs evolve.

Making a 4 day old baby and her mom wait three hours giving different times for the lap to open making the new mom feel bad about how she chooses to feed the baby. Honestly Im absolutely disgusted. Get it together. We will be finding a new practice and filing a grievance.

Staff is VERY helpful and kind. I am a senior women and everyone shows me respect and compassion.Everyone at Banner makes my appointments effortless. I always feel like I am important.

Hardly ever saw my PCP. Each time I scheduled it had to be with a different doctor because my PCP never had time. Also they would not take my word for having side effects from m0derna c19 The way they worded my concerns in the medical records were very dismissive and like they didnt believe me. Also when talking with a certain PA about losing weight to make asthma better and more controlled she said Losing weight wont necessarily make it better. Adult asthma is usually random and probably wont go away with weightloss. Very discouraging and dismissive considering the fact that I only got asthma after I became 80lbs overweight.That was the last straw for me. Im glad that Ive now found a doctor who is hopeful about lifestyle changes and helping me and taking my concerns into consideration. Do not go here if youre trying to improve health through lifestyle changes. It doesnt seem like they care.

My physician was extremely dismissive and essentially wrote me off. I hate talking about a pregnant woman this way but more than that I hate not advocating for my health. She did not prioritize my concerns about my head concussion symptoms. I expressed my symptoms and she confirmed what I suspected but told me theres nothing to do. No imaging tests which is what I was hoping to get considering I literally have fluid leaking from my ears. She told me I need to rest. That I should quit my evening job because as a mom of 2 being a fianc and just being in a traumatic car accident Im just doing too much. I am resting and I do feel better in many ways but my head is not right and her bedside manner over this concern felt forced. She recommended I start a basic entry level SSRI and do counseling. She also declined my request to get tested for type 1 diabetes via blood work because if I wasnt born with it I dont have it. I was already getting blood work done at the visit why not order just one more test if shes so sure I dont have it This was just the most inconvenient and probably the most irresponsible appointment Ive ever had. Also follow up with my PCP for the flu and mood Come on. Better off going to Sonora Quest and seeing an endocrinologist at this point.

Trying to get in touch with anyone in that office is near impossible. Not only do they never answer the phone they call on random numbers that my spam protection keeps sending to voicemail. The voicemail messages are hard to understand and often are cut off by poor connection. When leaving a call back request the automated system calls you back tells you to press an option to speak to someone and then the automated systems says Were sorry we are having a business disruption. Please try your call later and then disconnects. This is after being on hold for 15 or more minutes plus a 30 minute call back time. Lastly I am a type 2 diabetic that has missed my weekly medication dose because the Doctor would not return the pharmacys request. As a matter of fact the Doctor insists that I take a medication that I told the Doctor was giving me horrible side effects. What does the doctor do DOUBLE THE DAILY DOSE I dont feel like my illness is being taking seriously nor do I feel like Im being listened to. My next appointment will be only my third there and if this experience doesnt improve I will be finding a new practice to go to. Ive never had an experience this uncaring at any other medical facility ever. The Doctor is nice enough and all but seems too busy to actually listen or respond to patients. Im feeling bad again and have no meds. Not cool.
