I am unsure how they maintain a 5.0. My personal experience with this office has been unprofessional at best. They have cancelled 2 appointments thus far for two of my children. The latest cancelation came an hour before our appointment and only because I had sent a confirmation due to the previous cancelation which only came 24 hrs in advance and again because I had tried to confirm it. I wonder what wouldve happened if I just showed up as is the norm. Additionally when I made the second appointment the young girl I spoke with asked me to relate information about my appointment to the insurance specialist in their same office. It was most likely not her fault and she was very pleasant so I am not throwing her under the bus but there is definitely some disconnect and unorganization going on here and when you are dealing with autism and your childs well-being simply put you dont want to be at the mercy of an organization that is either in its infancy or just unorganized. Its unfortunate. I did have bigger hopes. I can say nothing of the medical staff as I have not interacted with them.

This company needs to be equal when it comes to diversity Clinical Coordinator is very unprofessional and rude A lot of the upper management is rude and dont appreciate or show any acknowledgment to hard working employees . Scheduling is all over the place No set schedules also favoritism is showed when scheduling.
