The amount of funding my daughter received for materials wasnt the issue how the company used her money is on a 500 dollar budget my daughter received old used broken toys that were missing parts from the set we received them like that from day 1 lucklily ATAP agreed with us that it was unacceptable and provided our child with additional material funding to be used with the new provider which used her funding appropriately you are your childs only voice please think twice about using this company and use my experience to learn from. If you think your in a similar situation please reach out to ATAP and the BCBA licensing board dont allow your child to be taken advantage of because of this situation and this company ATAP has instituted a new policy to help prevent stuff like this in the future.Response to company ownerThe owner only dropped off missing materials that our child was billed for and never received only after multiple complaints to ABC services and getting ATAP involved till this day we still have the original loaner materials that are broken if the materials provided by ABC services were adequate and worth the 500 dollars ATAP would not have given our child additional funding but instead they agreed with us and instituted a new policy to prevent this in the future as well as additional funding to use with the new provider so that our child can get the materials needed. We were never satisfied with the services and treatment from ABC services and since leaving our child has had much more progress.

I only gave 1 star never shared my experience. The issues concerning the material were brought to the owners attention. The owner chose not to address them accordingly. Therefore I reached out to ATAP who handles the funding after they came out and witnessed for themselves the conditions of the materials as well as the material missing yet was was taken out of my childs funds they agreed that we were wronged by the companyowner. To all the parents out there do not be afraid to be speak up for your child. You are your childs voice. Reach out to the agency directly whether it is atap or the state themselves. Where ever you are getting your funds from. The therapeutic services did not help my child progress. Its a shame companies have to resort to using coworkers family and friends to help give reviews just to boost ratings. Hopefully more parents in the future arent afraid to give actual reviews. Fortunately for my child the new company we are with now was able to get my child progress Yay We can finally move past this terrible experience with abcs. I wish all you parents out there the best of luck with this company and that your experience isnt as terrible as mine. Goodbye and good luck
