Not super happy with my service because. they dont seem to be very LGBTQIA-competent. Had to be deadnamed pretty much the entire time though I gave a preferred name and I got all my paperwork done 2 weeks after I was expecting it. Also wasnt the happiest that I reached out and initially didnt get a reply through their info line. After calling emailing multiple times I then got a reply. Suggestions for improvement would be to take a training maybe have some kind of way for preferred name to take precedent over legal name and be more communicative overall about how long things will take

I came into this office to find some relief and I was ignored. I left voicemails after coming in person with a written referral from my doctor for testing. I left it with the front desk. They told me they couldnt schedule me in till they had my records from my doctor. I was fine with that so I had my doctor send another referral and records immediately. The front desk promised they would call ASAP after they got the records and never did. I left voicemails for several days and never once did they answer the phone at the front. If you want a place you can reach when you need help or for any reason at all find another clinic that makes you a priority. I will now not be able to get tested for a long time because I had all the time waiting for them and now my schedule has changed. They lost me and everyone I know for good. Be aware what you will have to deal with before you go.

Dr. Tucker was EXTREMELY helpful in my daughters recovery post traumatic brain injury. He was instrumental in directing us to the right neurosurgeon and rehab team.

When I 1st. visited with Dr.Tucker he treated me with respect and was very understanding. Then I met his assistant and he too was patent nice and he treated me with respect. I would definitely recommend this Doctor to anyone I know

Dr. Tucker was nice but the staff were terrible. They said my insurance covered the testing but when I got the bill I found out it didnt and they didnt even call my insurance company. I have left messages multiple times about things and no one returns phone calls. If you have a choice- dont go there.Update Dr. Tucker is amazing- very helpful and goes above and beyond what you need. While I still dont appreciate the way the front office treated me Dr. Tucker does a great job and is very thorough so in that respect I absolutely recommend him.

Dr. Tucker and his assistant Leslie were very easy to be with. Leslie was clear calm and well spoken as she conducted the testing. They both behaved with grace and genuine concern and set me at ease.The front staff ladies were pleasant and helpful.
