HORRIBLE rude mean to seniors disabled. Had 3 specialist ALL kept ghostings my appointments every time. No show stands you up lies. They do NOT help They never did anything at all. Just lied for 6 months BEWARE.

Delivery to a resident in a wheel chair property manager simply said thats not my job and they have to come down - all I asked was to be buzzed through yet she made them wheel themselves down without a way to take their delivery up so I went with to the door. Sad.

072922 update. Complaint filed with the Colorado Attorney Generals office.072522 update. I was finally contacted by supervisor last week and was told I would be assigned a new ILS by the end of this week. Its now Thursday with still no contact from a new ILS person at Atlantis. My Intake was in May it is now the end of July and I still have not received any services to assist me. Disconcerting to know that they fail at their mission statement to assist and advocate for individuals with disabilities. Wonder where all that federal grant money is going to Outrageous.71422 update I sent an email to the ILS and the assistant executive director of Atlantis on 71222 and still no response from either of them. Shameful. This is how Atlantis allegedly advocates and helps the disabled population which it claims to serve as its mission statement. The executive director is stepping down. I wonder why71222 My Independent living specialist has ghosted me for 2 telephone appointments 2 weeks apart. I have emails to verify when the appointments were scheduled for with no contact received from her or anyone else at Atlantis. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of services and complete unprofessionalism. I can achieve better results advocating on my own behalf.

This company sucks Ive left over 10 voice mails to have someone call me. NEVER a return email or call. And the people I have talked to are EXTREMELY RUDE Youd be better off working with a dog over this so called company that helps people with disabilities. What a joke

I did not have no lights in my bathroom all weekend..So this Morning Monday October 30thI waited for the office to open and I went and I told our manager La Rhonda that I didnt have no lights she was more than willing to come up and help me with that with a smile .That was great Customer service so thank you LaRhonda .

Atlantis Community owns garages near where I live. These garages have been taken over by non residents and have been becoming increasingly more dangerous. This has been an ongoing issue for over 6 months and they have done nothing to better the situation or provide any answers. These garages now have around a dozen people living in them. They have even been openly selling and using drugs in these garages.There are constant noise complaints drug use and now violence. Someone was shot last week in front of these garages.Ive continued to call and ask for updates and havent been provided any real answers on how they plan to address these issues.Im sure theyd be a little more motivated to resolve this if they had to live right next to this every day.All I can say for the folks at Atlantis is that you should be ashamed in how youve handled this situation.

I have been working with a couple people at Atlantis. I was referred to Atlantis through my Health care facility. I qualified for a Housing Choice Voucher. Ive been waiting for almost two years to receive my . voucher. Is this normal Has anyone else had this issue

Waiting for Section 8 Housing through DHA is not an option. If you have a disability please check with this organization. I have been dealing with them since 2012. I was approved for Section 8 in less than 6 months. They even have their own rentals now. I have had Breast Cancer since 1995 and had tried for years to continue filling out the same paperwork over and over in DHAs Lottery. They are not the way to go. They would prefer to stick you in old housing projects that have been patched up and made to look new...bad news Atlantis Community is the way to go.
