My partner is disabled has chronic pain mobility issues muscle weakness and has been seeing Terri Delaune for several years now. We really cant understate how much we appreciate her advice and work and how its helping maintain their current condition.Before wed seen a physical therapist at another practice that was dismissive and patronizing about my partners disabilities. It can be hard to find a physician that accepts some people simply do not just get better and some conditions are complex lifelong challenges.Terri has been nothing but encouraging and thorough in educating us about how to work in exercises and stretching to help ensure their condition doesnt worsen. Over the years weve tried her many recommendations sometimes we find a stretch or exercise further aggravates a different part of their condition. Despite this she never acts like my partner isnt trying verbatim what the previous PT said to us and almost always has suggestions on how to do the stretch or exercise in a way that puts less stress on their body.Shes also given us thoughtful advice regarding making a space less aggravating on a body- my partner is more or less bed-bound at home and weve applied some good changes to their space because of her.Even when we cant figure out how to make a recommendation work for us the bi-weekly appointments with Terri help immensely. All of the staff has always been very kind friendly and very on the ball as well.Cannot overstate how much we love and appreciate this practice. Thank you so much

I have been postponing this writing because I want to write down exactly what I think.The staff at APT has been incredibly helpful nice patient just great overall. I have been a distance runner for over 10 years and I have battled an injury for over 4 years I have been to every type of therapy and I was only getting more frustrated every time without finding what was wrong. I came to APT for a shoulder injury and ended up not only fixing my shoulder issue but fixing my long time injury I can run pain free now Nothing better than that Also my mother had a total knee replacement surgery and I didnt hesitate to bring her to have the same great treatment I had. She is so happy with the care she is receiving.I highly recommend this placeMartha.

What an incredible place Not only do physical therapists work out a tailored exercise program but the assistants do hand on therapy. They work on neck shoulders ribs back sciaticawhatever the therapist sets up. That treatment feels wonderful not only during that time but after the treatment as well. Then I experienced 20 minutes of heat on my back neck with electrical stimulation for 20 minutes. I highly recommend Arizona Physical Therapy. The receptionist also calls the day before to remind you of your appointment calls after first appointment to check on how you are doing

I highly recommend AZ Physical Therapy. I picked it to go to after a car crash and kept going after the crash-related issues were resolved for help with migraines. Both Bob and Terri do dry needling that has really helped reduce the frequency of migraines for me. My back neck and shoulder muscles are much more relaxed than before I came in The atmosphere is fun too - lots of laughs with Theresa Rebecka and Jerrilynn.

My best experience with PT so far. I have practically worked with everyone at the practive. Not only did Terri correctly identified whats causing my lower back problem but the whole entire practice basically helped me return to regular exercise and regain my strength. Terri has done dry needling cupping massage therapy you name it. Jerry did an incredible taping of my back. Rebecka has done heat therapy on my back and taught me how to use an elliptical correctly yes theres a way. Jerilynn works the front but has also cheered me on with my exercises. Shes also that friendly voice reminding me that I have an appointment the next day. Nereyda handles insurance and referral like a boss. And Theresa... shell kick your butt with her exercises and if youre lucky youll get a glute release massage from her. She and her massage is a whole nother experience To be able to wake up one morning without a tight painful back was such a blessing. These folks are like family now. They help you heal but they also laugh with you and listen to you. Lastly its a Spanish speaking practice and theyre also LGBT friendly. Thanks for being awesome everyone.

I have been seen at APT for a couple of different reasons. The staff is very supportive and Terri Delaunay is fantastic. My pain has decreased considerably. The exercises she taught me have aided in strengthening my core to support my back and helping me loose weight.

I had to find a new physical therapy place after moving down to Tucson from Phoenix and Im so glad I picked Arizona Physical Therapy Ive been recovering from a high-grade partial tear on my ACL and theyve helped me make huge improvements. The treatment is excellent but the people who work here are really what makes this the place to go. Ive mainly worked with Rebecka Teresa and Terry and each one of them has been amazing. They make PT fun and they really focus on achieving your goals at the right pace and without pain. As a student theyve been really flexible with my schedule too and they always try to find an opening for me Thank you Arizona PT for making this recovery a lot easier

I dislocated my kneecap in November of 2020. Arizona PT was the 1st place I came across that took my insurance and had quick openings. I ended up really enjoying my time there All of the staff are really chill and fun to be around and theyre very gentle and friendly. My knee was better in a few months faster than I had anticipated I worked with Rebecka and she was fantastic. Im so grateful for their help and I recommend giving them a try.

Arizona Physical Therapy is just the best From scheduling and appoint reminders from Adriana to the actual therapy by Jerry. I have been to numerous medical practitioners for my shoulder and neck issues with no improvement it actually got worse. But now with Jerrys skillful hands and fingers I am finally getting relief. No headaches now for at least 6 weeks. First time in a long time. I highly recommend Arizona Physical Therapy. The entire staff is awesome

Everyone at Arizona Physical Therapy is so welcoming. The therapists and techs always provide quality care and treatment. They are truly committed to their patients rehab. Ive been making progress with my knee at every visit and I cant thank them enough for that.
