Beaming Review

She is prone to angry outburst and had one at my sons transitional iep. She in a fit of anger block discussion regarding my concerns regarding my sons parental age as it applied to transitional iep and future living situation She shouted at me juliet I dont want you bringing this up at the iep meeting again I replied in a shocked voice what She then shouted that nick my sons father and I are aware of their age She then accused me of writing about her which I addressed this by saying Andre I never wrote about you and she replied yes you wrote about meThis left the entire iep team visibly uncomfortable shocked and very confused She didnt even allow me to speak. I never wrote my sons school about her at all since this was my concerns about my exs and my age as our son grows into adulthood and our choice to place him in SLS service at some point.Backstory my ex was upset I wrote teacher prior to iep and he wrote me in an email that she was now so she saw what was said so I told my ex my concerns and he didnt object. The only thing in these emails that only had my ex her and I- I wrote in passing that I respect her decision to raise her daughter. Honestly this is not about Andrea but she interject herself into my sons iep in a way that left iep team shocked visibly uncomfortable and beyond confusedNote we had a conversation with Andrea prior to our sons iep in which she told us that we all need to be careful how we act in front of the school yet she had an angry aggressive and inappropriate outburst at the iep over my concerns for my sons parents paternal age as our son grows into adulthood as it pertains to the transitional iep portion of future living situations.I tried to reason with Andrea after the iep that took place on May 4th 2023 but she wrote back in her email by re-titling email to read deleted and she wrote me she deleted my email and did not read itAlso last year iep of 2022 she interrupted the iep team after she asked why the school district physical therapy could not do direct service and my sons non public school and though iep tried repeatedly to explain why she rudely kept interrupting them by saying call charo and talk to charo. I have no idea who charo wasAfter iep meeting was over she wanted to know why school district PT couldnt provide direct service Again it was then trying to explain why with her interrupting and they finally got her to understand school district PT is not an employee of this NPS private school and its a legal liability. All throughout this at the iep meeting and afterwards when team tried to explain this to her well Andrea was smug and had a smell on her face. I knew this fact since my former iep advocate explained this fact to me 7 yrs prior So finally andrea excepted everyone explication and she remarked that she did not know this and it must be something new I do not recommend Andrea Bazer as an iep advocate do to her conduct behaviors her interjecting herself into an iep meeting her unprofessional and inappropriate behaviors and conduct.
