On 11924 the Biddle street location did not open at 830am as normal. I arrived at 915am for a 10am appointment. I was advised that they were TRYING to open at 10am. I came back at 10am for my 10am appointment and was still denied entry to the building. I then left again because the temperature was 8 degrees. I arrived back at 11am was denied being seen by the optometry department due to being late. The worse part is thatthey solicited me for the eye appointment. My PCP is at this location and I am considering looking to visit another healthcare provider. And I absolutely love my PCP..

Affinia Healthcare for the most part has been very helpful in meeting my health care needs as Ive gone to Affinia formerly Grace Hill for 12 years now. Ive gone to several of the Affinia locations including the one on Biddle Street. My doctor is wonderful and takes an integrative approach. My main concern is with the scheduling department. Multiple times now Ive shown up to appointments and they say it has been suddenly canceled and Im often given no explanation as to why. This is disrespectful to the patients time. Much work is needed on the scheduling side of things. Today I showed up for an appointment at the Biddle location and they said it was canceled even though I had confirmed it accordingly. Another patient today experienced the very same thing. There was no advance communication of my appointment being canceled. I realize that sometimes things happen but there have been way too many cancelations at the last minute with no advance notice and no explanation as to why the appointment was canceled. When things like this happen repeatedly and are not addressed it portrays Affinia as unprofessional and disrespectful to the clients it is supposed to serve.I also have sometimes experienced rudeness and bad attitudes from someone who works at the registration desks. Most of them are very kind and respectful but one particular person at the South Broadway location had a rude attitude. No client who is coming for a medical appointment should be on the receiving end of an angry or crabby worker.Whenever Ive expressed concerns to the appropriate department there seemed to be an unwillingness to address the attitude problems or the scheduling problems. I also have heard a denial that there even is any problem at all which is concerning when the facts obviously speak otherwise.Ive always expressed my concerns in a respectful and kind way.My doctor is great though Affinia has much improvement that is needed to better serve its clients.Im being very gracious by giving a 4 star review because really a 3 star review is more appropriate given the repeated last minute appointment cancelations with no advance communication.I hope they will take this feedback seriously. I came here with my pregnant wife. I was nervous because she does not have insurance. They welcomed us warmly and help set my wife up with prenatal care. Supposedly during the next visit she will get insurance. I am very happy with the service received there. I am especially thankful to Cindy. She was pleasant hard-working competent and warm. Thank you Cindy

This use to be a good friendly place to come and they keep up with you appointment and notify you but since its been some new employees down there it has changed drastically due to the Dr dont have your lab work ready or they dont take the time to check. Other than that its a good place not speaking on the lab nurse nor pharmacy only the front desk. Overall its still a good clinic to go too just different employees.

I scheduled a dentist appointment July 30th they canceled it and rescheduled it Aug.26st then texted me the day of saying your provider not in and rescheduled me AGAIN for October 6st.. smh this is Sad I was suppose to got this tooth pulled 2months ago 1717 Biddle location is horrible

My son was seen at the dental clinic by a wonderful dental hygienist named Amy. My son has PTSD and terrible anxiety so other dentists said that he needed to be put under anesthesia to have his teeth cleaned. Amy was so patient understanding and kind. She worked with my son and got the job done. Amy is amazing

I work here but Im also a patient. My review is coming from a patients eyes. TaMonica at the front desk is always nice and pleasant with everyone coming in and out My biggest complaint is registration. You check in at the front then you have to sit and wait upwards to 30 mins to get registered. Keep in mind this is on a slow day with no one waiting. Then when you go and ask they blame TaMonica for not checking you in. Which is a lie I see Dr. Patrick Schoenwalder he has thee best bedside manners. Listens to you hes about getting you well not keeping you sick All other staff are courteous just a few people in registration not all but a few that need to get their ish together Four starts for good healthcare and what is being done in the community

Another drive-thru food pantry dispersement. The volunteers were working as well-oiled to Very efficient and seemed to be having a lot of fun keeping the line moving. My vehicle wouldnt start af first. Another driver saw my situation and was able to go through the line and provide me with a jump and continue to resume my place in line. When it became my turn to get my food the line coordinator mentioned that she was cocerned about my status and even mentioned that she was going to save my place if and when I was able to get my vehicle started. Kindness should be more contagious.
