I was there for interview to hire there was in the front desk AN EVIL EMPLOYEE her name BROKLYN HASSANin the receptionist she said that she is the manager but iam not sure if she was the manager or noOnce I entered the office she took my ID and my resume and she asked my CAR INSURANCE I refused to gave her my car insurance she started accuse me that I scratched her car she was lier I have camera in my car and everything recorded and she started lie accuse me that I cause her cars scratches although her car full of old scratches all around her car She refused to give me my id and started call the police on her she called them before I call 911 and took my information from my ID to accuse me that I cause all her car issues she lied said that she has camera but when the police came there she said there is no camera and took all my information and my resume to try involved me to be responsible on her car damage but thank God I have camera and my car has no damage although I showed her there was no damage on my car because if my car scratched her car sure mine could be effects and she brought false witness from her side but the camera showed how much she is not good person and said in very rude wayWONT HIRE YOU UNTIL YOU SAY you are responsible for fixing my carNOT HONEST PERSON AND NOT HONEST EMPLOYEE FOR KIDS WHO HAS AUTSIMA FRAUD PERSONMUST COMPLAIN

They are so amazing with my baby. Love the one on one attention. Parenting meetings every other week to make you aware of your child progress and very sweet staff. I love the fact I feel like my baby is safe and getting all the attention he needs. I have seeing videos and photos of my child doing things I didnt know he can do. I like that they listen to what I feel like my child needs are and they follow Thur. Very accommodating and thoughtful. They go out there way to buy things for my child to fit his sensory needs. He has shown So much progress since he has attending this school and I love it. They took my baby in when it was very difficult for me to get him diagnosis at such a young age. They helped me get the professionals needed to give my son the opportunity to attend and receive therapy. They seen my concerns as a parent and helped me reach my goal which was getting him therapy immediately .

We were referred to ABC by our Paediatrician. I think that was one of the best decision that was taken. The therapists here are really knowledgeable and caring. They prepare a extensive plan to work with kids individually. Gradually they continue to update the plan as required by the kid. We have observed gradual improvement on our kids behaviour. We will recommend this place to others who are looking for a institute that provides ABA therapy.

My 6-year-old started this July. She only cried a bit on the first assessment day. Then she started going every day with joy. The staff are all super nice and helpful. We have regular meeting for updates. One of the best thing I love about ABC is their spacious room with indoor and outdoor playgrounds.

Id really like to express Action Behavior Centers is NOT an ABA facility a parent should have any fears about. ABC recognizes how uniquely beautiful our children are They focus their services on POSITIVE reinforcement they are never negatively reinforcing to see improved behavioral changes. Since being with their services my child was finally verbally able to communicate again. Shes not just able shes blowing through the benchmarks ABC continuously improves her language skills daily too ABC has also improved her eating habits and those pesky sensory processing disorder issues that hinder our children. Most importantly for my biggest concerns since joining ABC my child now has no issues with self injurious behaviors towards herself or me. Even when natural little regressions happen because of life changes ABC jumps into action and nips it quickly. You will have monthlybi-monthly parent meeting with goals and important education about methods. You will see all of the data improvements and be fully explained how this data is achieved and why its absolutely reliable information. ABC also helped us accomplish the dreaded potty training. We stuck with the program we sat down to design for this task and my child was off diapers accidents and actually using the potty with huge success within a month of us doing this plan. Their staff is so professional but also so compassionate and like having new best friends in life. Your child will be greeting every morning with ENERGY and love Your childs team member will ask everyone morning without fail how did she sleep Was she able to eat breakfast today They will have a lower ratio of children per therapist. So you know your child is getting that individual attention they need. Next ALL of their ABA therapists are mastered approved and educated BCBAs. This is important to point out because you will not find this at several other options. Also they are so prompt about a waiting list. You wont wait months with them like you would with other places. LIFE SAVERS when it comes to dealing with insurance companies. You wont be spending several hours a week fighting for your kids coveragethey have a dedicated amazing staff that knows all the ins and outs and professionally executes this task for you. They also offer discounted rates based on income. They also will pair your child up with a buddy thats in the same age rangedevelopmental range for a portion of the day too. This helps your child acclimate for publicprivate schooling in the future. Teaches them to share socialize and focus as if it was a typical classroom type setting and they were sitting next to someone in class. They also have amazing group activity all Covid safe and they have a fantastic gym to get your kiddo biting energy the correct way. Correct meaning they understand the importance we as parents face when our child is either understimulated or overstimulated. They help aid in those problematic behaviors where its hard to get your child to go from a highly desirable activity to a lower desired activity. As a parent I am experiencing less fits whether they are manic meltdown endured or just a normal run of the mill typical fit. Last Id like to address Covid concerns. You will NOT find any place more prepared or active in safety. They go above and beyond to address this pandemic safer than any business I know.They are even my therapist I feel like sometimes lol They keep me as a parent confident informed educated and relieved anytime our daily life throws us negative changes. Our children dont generally deal with changes of routine or environments well but ABC rolls with punches alongside you and squashes any understandable regression immediately. Personally speaking as a co-parentthey have helped with our co-parent communication too. You and your child are in the best hands with ABC

I absolutely LOVE Action Behavior Centers After touring several other clinics when looking for a place for my son to receive ABA therapy I knew ABC was the place I wanted him to be. From the time I called and spoke with Derrin I knew this was going to be a great place. She was so friendly and warm on the phone. Melissa did an awesome job explaining how the clinic operated and made us feel right at home. I love ABC so much that I drove 3 to 4 hours a day M-F for him to receive treatment there as I did not like the clinics I toured that were in my area. He has made tremendous progress since hes started and I am so grateful to God for his wonderful team that has worked with him. Taylor his BCBA is absolutely AMAZING as are all his RBTs - Chelsea Regina Sade Ayan Sabrina and Ashley. During COVID and him transitioning to in-home therapy ABC went over and beyond to ensure his services would be continued. They are truly an answered prayer to my husband and I as we continue to work with our son on the road to complete recovery

ABC Memorial has definitely have been spectacular with my 2yr old son in the spectrum all staffing and therapist are super nice and gentle with him. Very clean facility for the kiddos indeed. My son is learning so much in only the first week of ABC we have seen improvements We are excited to continue this journey in clinic with ABC Memorial

The behavioral and personal growth my son has made in our time with the ABC family has been life changing. The BCBAs therapists and administration staff are all deeply invested in our childs progress The environment is full of understanding dedication and most importantly FUN We love it here

We had a wonderful experience with Action behavior center....the staff was so caring and welcoming especially since this was so new and overwhelming for my husband and I. But they made the process comforting and easy. They Made sure we was fully informed of everything and even a year later if we ever need anything question concerns documentation they quickly assist and continue to make the process easy. My son was diagnosed with ASD at Action Behavior because it was already a Rollercoaster dealing with his primarycare provider process for testing which was 6 months to 1 year 12 waiting list to get him evaluated and we are glad we decided take him here. I would recommend this center to anyone wanting a personal touch care and understanding for your family. Fizza Darrin and staff yall Texas language are the best.

Action Behavior Centers has been the best place Ive every worked at by far All the BCBAs care about their kids and make sure everything is individualized for each childs needs They also take care of their staff like having free lunch every Friday Definitely deserves the 5 star review and then some
